One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Blaine came out and helped us late tonight. He not only fixed our issue, but he also mentioned other issues that and suggestions on how to fix them. Great customer service, and that goes a long way with me. I would recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone.

I’m impressed. I don’t usually write these but wanted to share how sincere and concerned these guys were. Me & my 5 year old came home to a 83 degree house so I called and they had someone out pretty fast for a holiday weekend AND didn’t charge extra for either, that’s a huge plus! Turns out my air conditioner couldn’t be fixed, not a surprise, I’ve been in my house for 8 years and no trouble until now. They also looked at my old furnace which needed to be replaced too. My 83 year old mother lives with us and they didn’t want anyone to have to sit in the heat for longer than we had to. I couldn’t afford the cost of both so they worked with me and got it financed so I can make payments. That was a big relief. Anyway, they got them both done fast and I even got a call from Branden asking if everything was ok, cooling down & if I had any questions. He was checking on all of us! No company has ever done that before! I definitely recommend these guys. They were pricy but I really feel they did everything they could do to save my stuff and when it couldn’t be saved they did everything they could to get them put in fast. And they care! Five stars!
