Carol K.

Business Owner

Carol Kneedler is the owner and primary consultant of O3 Internet Consulting, Inc. She started O3 in 2007, specializing in internet marketing consultation, website creation, search engine optimization, social media and email marketing, and content creation, creating effective online marketing for small and medium businesses and non-​profit organizations.

Carol has over 20 years’ experience planning, managing and implementing marketing, website, and software projects. Previous business experience includes seven years managing an 18-​person Web Services Division at a Springfield, IL consulting firm, overseeing sales, graphic design, application development, hosting and project management teams. Other experience includes web application design and development, usability, and security for web-​based applications. Carol has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield with a specific focus on usability and testing.
