4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service. I’ve called in an order 3 times for this particular location. First time the order was wrong, second time I was put on hold for 15 minutes, third time I was placed on hold for 9 minutes. They are always happy to make it right and will comp a meal if this happens; however, I’m not in it to get a meal comped, I just want my food ready and better customer service.

I’ve been to Noodles & Company before, but it’s been a few years. Since the last time I visited, they have really upgraded their menu. I saw sandwiches, salads, soups and of course, dishes with noodles in them. Came here on a whim and ordered the penne rosa pasta with spicy red sauce, accompanied with grilled chicken. In addition, I ordered the garlic bread. Everything was pretty tasty and hit the spot. You have a choice of portion sizes, which is great for days when you want a lighter portion. A choice of meat, sauce, and noodles are all offered to create your meal to your liking. The cashier that assisted us was extremely nice and was patient with my co-worker and I while we were ordering. The restaurant itself is very clean and has plenty of seating inside. They have one of those Coke soda machines that offer a variety of beverages. All and all, I enjoyed my meal and I could definitely see me coming back to Noodles & Company, just the one closer to my house.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They got my order wrong twice and made me wait half an hour. I finally took the order back to the manger and told him I don’t want it anymore because my family was done eating. His attitude was very very nasty! Needles to say he didn’t even apologize for his staff’s repeated mistakes.

My youngest daughter went to a Noodles & Company about a week ago for the first time with a teammate and ever since, she has been telling me that we need to try it as a family. I’ve passed by so many, but honestly, I had no idea what kind of restaurant it was. I mean, have you ever seen a Noodles & Company commercial or advertisement? I have not. We entered the restaurant and there were only a few patrons inside. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and I asked the cashier what was good. She had nothing to say, but continued to smile as if we were speaking a foreign language. Lol. My girls looked to me for advice and I turned to trusty Unilocal for help. They ended up ordering the Penne Rosa with spicy tomato sauce, added shrimp and their friend kept it simple with spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered the Thai Hot Pot and cheesy bread to share. All in all, our meals were not bad at all. My girls commented that my spicy tomato sauce is much better but when you’re hungry, theirs would suffice. One thing is all of our meals were quite bland, but tasted good. We had no complaints. The sliced hot cherry peppers added a kick to my dish and the broth was delicious. The chick and pork tasted like rubber though. I pushed to the side. Cheesy bread was awesome, but the slices were small for the price. We will not be rushing back to dine here again, but we would certainly come back.

For the love of your own health don’t bother with the spaghetti and meatballs. Since this was my first time here, I was cautious and ordered something that no American establishment could possibly go wrong at. Well I was utterly surprised that, yes, even an American establishment that has noodle in its name can get this basic dish wrong. The spaghetti was undercooked. It was like chewing on hard bamboo. The meatballs were so salty that the only way to drown out that flavor was to dip them into the ketchup they called ‘sauce’. Honestly, just fuck it. If you want to totally wreck your health and colon in one go have a few glasses of their box wine while you’re at it.

Taste of the food were great but it was pricey and not a lot of portion! The place was dirty when we came here for a late lunch so was not impressed on that.

Heinous staff… Restaurant filthy. Half of the tables had dirty dishes from earlier diners on them when we arrived for dinner, leaving just a few tables left for us to sit & eat. Only one salt shaker in the place & several broken pepper mills. The manager wuz a young dark haired girl who wuz nasty to staff… No wonder the place looked ransacked. The manager was a stressed out mess, yelling @ staff, pounding on counters to get their attention. My noodles were tasteless & cold. Overall score: YUCK!

So one of my favorite restaurants is noodles and company. However this one does not fall into that category. I have visited at least 8 times where my order was made incorrectly every single time. I’m not exaggerating, every single time. Then the manager, Jazz, noticed that this was the case and he gave me 3 free noodle bowl cards which was awesome. I got my free bowl and the noodles were so overcooked they were mushy. I ate the chicken and veggies and decided not to complain. Then about 8 – 10 hours later I vomited all of the bowl back up and had food poisoning. I’m a nurse so I knew exactly what was wrong with me. I still feel horrible and I will likely not be back to this location.

Noodles were decent. But 9 bucks for a rather small portion of spaghetti and meatballs?! How can I pay that much for pasta and still walk out hungry? Not a good value.

Nothing wrong with the food or service. As with most noodles and company locations they’re willing to make substitutions/leave out things, but the leaving out of things seems to often take a second attempt m which can be a problem as the only reason I ask for things to be left put is food intolerances. They’re also realy patient though and have a handy little chart they can pull out that gives the ingredients lists in the sauces and such which is brilliant and very helpful!

Dear noodles. Your meal category says a lot: Asian. Comfort food. Italian. Huh? Now serving bbq. Sandwiches. Salads. Garlic bread. And wraps. Please pick one category, do it right instead of doing it all, not overly well. That’s my advice. Today I ordered med salad with chicken. It was missing olives and cukes which they happily added. Chicken was cut by a drunk blind person. Some pieces were 2 cm. others 4 inches. I know chickens aren’t square but they butchered it. Literally. The good. The are fast. Affordable. Pretty friendly. My kid will always eat mac and cheese 364 days a year and they use actual cheese.

Every time I order here, they forget something on my order. The cashier was very slow and forgot to add chicken to my penne rosa!

Not one of my favorite place but when you don’t have a lot time and craving noodles, this place is to go. I got the salad with grilled chicken and my friend ordered pasta with chicken that looked really tasty. This location off Old Keene Mill Road is always crowded but the line do go quickly. Next time you are in a hurry, stop by to grab some sort of pasta/noodle dish with chicken. Give it a try!

I am an employee of Safford Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge of Springfield. We order food from local companies in the area and have to say that this Noodles and company gets 5 stars. There was an error on the order, I called and told them. They apologizes, fixed the problem and offered another meal for compensation. Great job guys! We will be returning customers. Not to mention the food is fantastic! Cheers Jimmy, Parts dept at Safford CJD

The place is clean and service is quick. The food is disappointing. I mean, I’m not expecting super high quality, but I got the steak stroganoff, which is priced higher than their regular noodle dishes, and it was of slightly worse quality than a frozen meal. My sister got penne rosa with chicken, and that did taste better, so maybe they overreached trying to serve steak, since the beef was shockingly poor.

Who’d a thunk, noodles… oh well — it’s a noodle lover’s eatery! I’ve had to opportunity to visit a few of these shops in the area and I’ve been surprised at the consistency among them. This site is no different in that staff is attentive, well versed, courteous and the dish selection, quality and taste are very good for the price. My favorite tends to be the Stroganoff selection, but all that I have tried have turned out good. For the price, it is a huge improvement over the same you would pay at another ‘fast-food’ joint. Locations are convenient, clean, fairly comfortable and enticing to eat in… it’s also nice that you don’t have to stand around waiting for your order, as they bring it to your table! As long as they keep doing it well, I’ll be back occasionally to get my noodle on.

I was there a couple weeks ago getting food. It was a Sunday and seemed quiet in there, only a couple other people eating and most of them were outside. The place was really dirty. Pieces of food on the floor, crumbs on the tables. They looked like they didn’t have a whole lot of business so I don’t know why they didn’t have someone out there cleaning off the tables. We picked the table with the less mess and I just took a napkin and wiped it off myself. Also had to wipe off my chair, someone previously spilled food on it and it had dried on. I got the med sandwich with a Caesar side salad. The salad was not good. The bowl was freezing cold as if they just pulled it from a fridge, and the lettuce wasn’t fresh. The dressing was bland, even that didn’t taste fresh. My sandwich was hot and had good flavor but it was dripping liquid like mad. Didn’t taste like sauce, just looked like watery broth. What was that about? Did they boil the chicken and then stick it on a pita? I have no clue. Next time I have a craving for Noodles I’m going to Kingstowne. Definitely not coming back to this location, pretty disappointed to hear all of these«great things» about the Springfield Noodles and for the first time to walk in to a mess, a stale salad and a soup of a sandwich. ick.

Noodles & Company was a very welcome addition to the Springfield restaurant scene when in opened in April 2012. I’d been going to the location at Kingstowne and now there was a closer one! Noodles & Company specializes in serving up familiar noodle and pasta dishes. The selections are broadly categorized as Asian, Mediterranean, and American. In making a selection, you choose a base noodle/pasta dish and then decide what will accompany it. Asian noodles includes Japanese Pan Noodles(Udon), Pad Thai, or rice noodles. Mediterranean choices are penne pasta or linguine. American selections are down-home Stroganoff, egg noodles, Macaroni & Cheese, and Spaghetti & Meatballs. Salads are also available. I’ve come to like the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak, Pad Thai with chicken, and. the Mushroom Stroganoff with beef. I add a side Caesar Salad to the noodle bowl. I like the salads at Noodles & Company, too, especially the Chinese Chop Salad. A big hit this sumer has been the Summer Salads. The Backyard Barbecue Chicken Salad is he best item the make! I hope it will stay around as I’ve been ordering it a lot recently! This Noodles & Company is uniformly good. It did not take this location long to surpass the Kingstown store!

It’s about muthalovin’ time that Noodles opened up a location closer to me! This new location is located in a new building with a private lot. The staff was pleasant. The restaurant was clean. It was a little obvious that most of the staff members were new hires, makes sense it’s a new building, as they were learning how to use the registers. Nevertheless, same great product.
