After completing his undergraduate degree at Pittsburg State University, Dr. Myers attended the University of Missouri Kansas City where he subsequently earned the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Since then he as maintained one of the most technologically advanced private dental practices in the Springfield, Missouri, metro area.

In addition to operating his private dental practice, Dr. Myers has also volunteered his services for numerous non-​profit organizations including MOMOM (Missouri Mission of Mercy), a traveling dental clinic organized by the Missouri Dental Association and The Kitchen, a food pantry and medical and dental clinic serving the poor and underprivileged in Springfield and the surrounding communities.
