I recently picked up my vehicle and I was completely shocked that my rough pick up looked ten years younger! I had a question about a few minor scratches from my deer hit I didn’t notice at first and the production manager, Steve, took care of them for me right then there, And Polly she was an absolute delight to deal with! She was so accommodating to my schedule, and emailed me every day about my truck.
I was so upset when I hit the deer first, but Metro took care of the insurance side, and getting the rental set up. They saw everything from beginning to end. I didn’t have to worry about anything except to get there to pick it up when it was done.

If you are looking for the best body work and pain jobs in the east coast, look no further! Jerry’s can fix all makes and models! They did an amazing job on my Nissan Skyline R34 GTR after I got into a major accident. The car looks better then it ever did and probably better then most skylines in the world!

Jerry’s is one of the shops my USAA insurance company works with for collision repair. We have had two cars in for repair and have always had a great experience from estimate to delivery. The front office is knowledgable and friendly. I get daily updates on the progress of the repair and they have delivered when promised. The quality of the work is outstanding. My car is always clean and I can tell they really pay attention to the little details. The front office is pleasant and the work spaces are clean and orderly. I had a vehicle that was totaled and was trying to donate it through a charity. I had to leave the car there for two weeks while waiting I had such a good experience with this shop that I requested this shop for my most recent collision repair need. Hopefully I won’t need to see them again, but if I have another issue that needs repair, I will definitely use Jerry’s.

The people at Jerry’s are great — once you get to know them. We’ve brought our cars here for four different incidents: vandalism, hitting a tree in the snow, and two busted bumpers. Each time we called ahead and let them know we were coming, and someone was ready to do an estimate as soon as we walked in. Every time the staff has been honest and courteous, and work with the insurance company so I didn’t have to (although the girls who sometimes answer the phone could be a little more professional). They are quick about calling back, honest about how long things will take, and they are willing to work with you about special requests. (We needed a week-​long rental because we were out of town, so they took a week to repair the bumper). On our last visit I had to pick up two cars, and Jason drove one home for me so I didn’t have to call a cab or walk back to get the second. And most importantly, all the work they’ve done is completely unnoticable — you can’t tell anything was fixed, it looks as good as new. My advice is just be patient and understand it may take a little longer than originally thought because they definitely want to do a good job.

Someone smashed up my rear bumper and I had my car in here for service about a year ago. I left my cell and home number for them to call me when the estimate was ready. I waited 3 days and I called them back to find out what was going on. Then the lady says that they have been trying to call me to let me know, no estimate was ever mailed to me nor did they try to attempt to call my secondary number. I never recieved any message from them.
Now normally, this would be all fine and dandy, but the estimate was too high and the insurance told me I had the right to pick out another bodyshop to do another estimate and this would be covered for free. So I notified the bodyshop on day 4 that I wanted to have my car towed outta there to get another estimate. Now they turned ballistic and held my car hostage for a $ 350 «storage fee» for leaving my car there for so long! After arguing my case to the insurance and the bodyshop. The insurance says that I need to settle with the shop. Needless to say, I ended up paying out of pocket and feeling mighty pissed off. These guys are a RIP-​OFF.
