I wanted to Thank the Marshalls team. I had them design a new ductless heat pump system in my commercial building. It has several zones. Dan came out, got me a quote the next day. We talked about a couple options. Tim the lead coordinator met me on site to walk the project and we decide to do some more changes to the system do to my structure. Both Tim and Dan were spot on. The install crew showed up as scheduled. They did a great job even when it was raining inside of my building, happens to the best of us. My upstairs and downstairs offices are so comfy now. Thanks so much. Great job

My forced air furnace stopped working last night so I called Marshalls heating service this morning. By 1:00 I had a service man at my door. He introduced himself as Cody and put boot covers on before coming in the house. He was kind and polite and knew exactly what was wrong with my heater. He quickly ran and got the part needed and cleaned the whole system before installing it. Once installed Cody didn’t leave until he knew the system was working. Parts and labor were very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend this company and Cody.

Our Lennox Complete Heat system gave up its ghost in February within a few months after the 10-​year warranty expired. Installed originally by Pacific Air Comfort, it had given us nothing but problems, usually on some of the coldest days, and the company did not tell us that it had replaced several of these systems under warranty. In fact, the owner of the company, on whose recommendation we had purchased the system, had his yanked out, too.
Enter Marshalls. I called the owner, Chad Dannen, on a weekend, and by Monday afternoon we had a reasonable quote for a replacement system using a gas-​fired Navien on-​demand water heater. The water heater was ordered on Tuesday, and by Thursday all the re-​plumbing had been completed and we had our heat back. Throughout, the company kept us updated about the progress. Things could not have gone faster and more smoothly. We now have reliable heat, the system works like a charm, and we are delighted.

Theo came out to repair our Bryant system and was able to find a faulty fan Moyer. Way to go with excellent customer service. Have used this company since 2003, they are amazing and through. Thanks so much for doing an A Plus job Theo.

Called today about scheduling our annual service maintenance and was quoted $ 225.00 for the Value Club service which for the past 2 years was $ 168.00. I asked the scheduler if they had raised their prices and she said «oh yes I guess we did»! I realize things are going up but over 30% hike and not informing the customer other than requesting my credit card to bill me. Plus the lady didn’t even care whether I deserved an explanation or if I even scheduled an appointment with Marshall’s.
I think it’s time to get a more customer friendly service.

Run and run far away from this company! 2 emails and 2 phone calls trying to get service and not once was a phone call/​message/​email responded to our returned. Lousy company, lousy communications, just plain lousy. RUN RUN RUN as far as you can from this place…

Terrible customer service can not get anyone to call to even give an appointment time. I called first thing this morning and was told someone would call right away. Two hours later I call to find out that they are to busy to even give me an appointment time. Worst experience ever I would strongly suggest that you not waste their time by calling since they are to busy to even call to set up a time.

We’ve had our Bryant heat/​AC system from Marshalls through the winter and into summer. Theo was just out for a service adjustment, and he rocked it. Great diagnosis, excellent adjustment, and great advice on how to get more out of our investment in this system. We are just simply delighted with this team.

I can’t express how much we appreciated the professionalism and speedy installation of our ductless heat pump. From Harold who came out on a Saturday to explain the process and prices to Andy and Ryan who were right on time and did a great job on installation and clean up. The electricians were speedy and went above and beyond. We are sitting in comfort tonight thanks to the team at Marshall’s.

Cary came out to do a service maintenance on my furnace. He was fast, polite, and very helpful. In addition to the service he helped me with 3 other things I had questions about: insulation in the attic by the furnace, the pull down ladder that leads to the attic and my water heater. I always use Marshall’s because they are gentlemen, knowledgeable and dependable.

Pretty disappointing customer service. Expensive too. With temps in the 30s overnight, our thermostat (installed by Marshalls) failed. We called and asked for a same-​day service appointment and were told someone would be out «in two hours» and would charge $ 95 just to walk in the door. Additional parts & labor would be added to that charge.
Four hours later, no repairman and no call from Marshalls about the repairman being two hours late. Marshalls receptionist seemed impatient with a customer calling to find out where a promised repairman was. Turns out Marshalls doesn’t keep track of whether their employees show up on time or are hours behind schedule. In other words, a customer’s time has no value to Marshalls.
Between the poor performance and the steep prices, there’s not much to recommend using Marshalls over a less expensive, more customer-​oriented company.

Our older gas fireplace quit working at the end of November. My husband did what he could to try & fix it but it was time to call in the experts. Theo C. was the repair person & was friendly & professional. He wore foot booties & carefully covered the area in front of the fireplace to protect the rug. Theo fixed the problem, cleaned the inside & the glass. The old fireplace never looked or worked so good. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job, Theo!

The professionals at Marshalls were awesome to work with as we completely remodeled our 100 year old house in Eugene. From crawlspace to roof insulation, Marshalls did all HVAC and insulation for us, and they were great to work with for the whole project.
Their expertise is matched only by how nice and easy to work with they are. Everyone who came out to our job was thoughtful and really cared that we got just what we wanted.
The equipment they installed has worked outstandingly, and we’re nice and toasty in winter, and cool in the summer.
If I have another project, I’ll go back to Marshall’s in a heartbeat.

I have dealt with Marshalls for over 4 years. We had them install a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always had great service and very prompt. Today I had my annual service done by one of their service Techs Keith. He was amazing, he was so detailed orientated and knowledgeable! He changed my great service, to outstanding service! Awesome experience! Got a fair quote to have the under-​floor of my house insulated and the water pipes double wrapped. They were on-​time and finished early. The house is sooooo much warmer and my pipes will be ready for the next cold spell. Everyone did a great job communicating with me and were very professional.

I’ve been using Marshalls for many years with general satisfaction. The fireplace they installed was having issues and I called to get a quote on replacing a specific part, I was informed that they charge an $ 89 diagnostic fee before they’d even give me a quote on replacing the broken part. Thanks but not thanks Marshalls, my business will now be going elsewhere.

This company was fast in install my ductless heatpump but when it came time for some customer service they were gone. I called them 4 times with a small billing question and I could not even get a call back. I would never use this company again.
