Established in 1978.
Dr. Bullock began practicing in 1978 in Portland, Oregon. In 1992 she relocated to Eugene and in 2004 the practiced moved to Springfield.

Dr. Bullock attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa as an undergraduate. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Mathematics, she attended Northeast Missouri State University, now Truman State University, in Kirksville, Missouri where she received a Masters of Arts degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. After moving to Oregon, she attended OHSU in Portland where she received her DMD degree.
She began practicing in 1978 in private practice in Portland, Oregon and became a partner in Permanente Dental Associates before moving to Eugene in 1992. She assumed the practices of Dr. Keith McGillivary and Dr Chester Stevenson in the West University neighborhood of Eugene. When the practice outgrew the space, a new dental office complex was constructed in the Gateway area of Springfield, close to the Riverbend hospital. The state-of-the art office allows Dr. Bullock and her staff to provide the latest technology in dental treatment.
