Great mexican bakery. Like the other reviews it is a self-serve bakery, you grab a tray and tongs, bring your items to checkout and the staff bag up your items. There’s lots of varieties of bread/pastries to choose from all under $ 1. All other products there are affordable prices as well. I ordered a tres leche cake and a ¼ sheet goes for $ 30. I’ll update my review after we try it out this Saturday. Overall great bakery, friendly staff, and delicious goodies!

I was in the Springfield area and in need of a sweet treat. I found this Mexican bakery and decided to give it a try. It may not look like much from the outside, but their food items are delicious. You pick up a tray and pair of tongs and select all your treats. Then at checkout they’ll bag up all your items. The prices are insanely affordable. Prices range from 50 cents to a dollar per item!!! I was tempted to buy one of everything so I could try them all. I’ve been back a couple times and my favorites so far are the bread pudding, sugar cookies(almost like shortbread — and giant), and the cheesecake bread.

This Mexican bakery offers a large selection of «pan dulce»(sweet bread/pastries) … The bread is freshly baked every day and their prices are inexpensive! Almost every pastry in the bakery is under a buck! … This is a self-serve bakery… when you walk in, locate a tray and some tongs, then choose the pastries you would like and take them to the counter and the cashier will bag it up for you… The owner/baker and employees are friendly and helpful… They are open seven days a week from 6am to 10pm… The pastries here are yummy… There are so many to chose from… I tried a pastry they call cheesecake, which was really delicious! It is a triangle-shaped yellow pastry, the top and bottom are made from a cookie-like dough and it has a cream cheese filling! Mmm, so good… I am definetly coming back to try more of their pastries… they also make Tres Leches cakes and sell it by the slice in the refrigerated display case, I’m coming back to try that too! :)
