The food and service were both really great. My only complaint is about the pricing system. I ordered a quesadilla and my dad ordered something else(can’t remember the name). Mine was 7.95 on the menu, and his was 12.95 on the menu. I also ordered a diet coke. When the bill came, the diet coke was $ 4.00, she charged me $ 10 for my meal, and $ 14 for my dads. When we asked about the price difference she went to ask the manager and we were told that they round up the prices and that’s sort of their«tax», even though there was a tax added at the bottom of the bill already. Really sketchy.

I’m from Boston and my friends invited me to this place but the soon we walk into the place have a very dirty look and I was interested on play pool and the floor was very dirty, service was bad and I see the service girls having a meeting and everyone can hear what what’s saying about the customer I really don’t like it. Also all the employees are busy using they personal phone.

Great food and service. The owner is incredibly personable and interesting. While the most patrons go there for the alcohol, I personally think the food is one of the best hidden gem of this restaurant. Although there are plenty of delicious dishes. I personally recommend the lobster special. Don’t let the atmosphere and the location fool you. This is place is a must visit.

Horrible. Good was subpar. When checks came they added to the price. Said they updated the computer systems but not the menu price. Basically robbed me. Never again

First let me say as a Texas boy, I love the hole in the wall Mexican restaurants. Some of the best food I’ve ever had has been found in one but this was not it. The food was expensive for Mexican food and wasn’t even fresh. The beans tasted canned the rice was oily and the meat tasted reheated. The service was poor but not horrible. The greatest travesty was the store bought salsa. How do you call yourself a Mexican restaurant and not make fresh salsa?! Go to Taco Bell instead same quality food and cheaper.

If I can give no stars I would. My boyfriend and I came to eat here because we were around the area and wanted to try something new. Immediately as I walked in I was stare down by a dozen drunk men sitting at the bar. I was the only female at the restaurant who was a guest, uncomfortable!!! As soon as my boyfriend and I sat down and I began to Unilocal the restaurant and I read negative comments about it. Like how the food was bad and prostitution was happening. After I ordered I began to see waiters dressed as sluts throwing themselves on to the drunk men at the bar. So now I believe the previous Unilocal comment about prostitution was true. The food was terrible! As we got the bill I notice the we just charge four dollars for a bottle of water that came from Cosco’s and four dollars for horchata, does that make sense? Smh! NEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN!

This place is a little shady since there’s s a lot of security guards but overall a cool little spot where Latinos gather. We were the only Asians there so that might have been awkward but our waitress was super cool and even hungout with us for a while even though her English was limited. She tried to make us comfortable which I appreciated. Don’t expect a fancy place but it’s a Latino dive bar. Overall, a good experience and I would go again. But just be ready to step into another culture.

The food and drinks are good. I’m just not impressed with the staff. The owner is great, but the staff, not so much. All the servers(girls) only care about how they look and if they are attracting attention from the men. Oh, and they barely speak any english. Come on, use common sense, if you’re going to work in a restaurant in America, then you need to speak english. For real.

I got a chicken burrito and it was delicious, the pork and cheese papusas were excellent as well. My friend ordered a beef chimichanga and somehow got a chicken burrito, when he told the waitress that wasn’t what he ordered(she even said«chimichanga» as she set his plate down) she just said«OK» and walked away. So in summary, the food is good but there’s a decent chance you’ll get something completely different than what you ordered.

I started an account just so I could tell people how terrible this place is. The service was almost non-existant and the staff barely spoke English. I’m still not sure how, between the three girls waiting on us, they managed to not bring our appetizer out. The food was mediocre at best and my entrée came out wrong even though they came back to double check my order before putting it in. Combined with the fact that it’s in seedly little Brookfield Plaza, we’re never going back. Oh, and watch out for drunk patrons asking you to come with them to the run down strip joint next door when you’re trying to enjoy«dinner» with your boyfriend. The only reason I’m giving this place even one star is because I have to.

I had been told that La Hacienda had great food but that it was a total dive. I went for lunch with a couple of friends and was pleasantly surprised. The place has a great Latino family atmosphere. Maybe it it has a different feel at night, but it was really comfortable and plenty clean enough. The service was great. And the food was wonderful. The three of us each got something different and we all loved our meals. I am not sure what they put in their black beans, but they are amazing. We had just been on a hike and were really hungry, and still we took doggy boxes home. The prices were great – you can eat well for under $ 10. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the sort of crummy strip mall feel of the place. But I will definitely be back.

Every Mexican place I’ve ever eaten at has been the same as every other one. Until this one. Wow. I’ve only had lunches here so far, but it’s really a different experience for me. But it is kinda pricey. BTW, the address shows up incorrectly for this place — it is in Brookfield Plaza in Springfield, not Falls Chuch.
