My Fiancé, his family, and I went in to see about renting or buying a tux for our wedding, and we had a horrible experience. We were ignored and not taken seriously, they did not want to help us and seemed completely uninterested. We were the only ones in the store. They would barely make eye contact with us. I had a bag in my hand from a nearby store and when I opened to check that all my items were there, the man quickly came over and stared into my bag, as if I were stealing. This was extremely insulting. It was also the only time they expressed any interest in the fact that we were there. The tux we were interested in renting was out due to damages and they were expecting a new one to come in the following day and said they would call. We never received that call. Not that we would of returned to that store after how we were treated. We went to Men’s Wearhouse and were treated very well. When we explained what happened at Jos A Bank, they said that we are not the first ones to say they had a bad experience there.

When the employee knew that we weren’t buying at this specific Jos. A. Banks, his customer service became awful. He brought us the wrong sizes that we asked for, ignored us, and didn’t even acknowledge us leaving the store. I’ve generally had a good experience with this brand, but this was the worst.

I am giving five stars for Anthony who works at this location. He went above and beyond to help me. I had ordered a sport coat online, they didn’t have any in the warehouse, so they shipped from this location. The package was tracking as «label created» for three days, so I decided to call the store to see what was going on. I first talked to Brenda who cut me off mid sentence and said«she was with a customer and she was going to have to put me on hold» because apparently according to her I’m not a customer… Anyways, after being on hold for FIFTEEN minutes, I hung up. I called back later that night and spoke to Anthony who went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay for me. Thanks Anthony!

Walked in yesterday looking to peruse the selection of Rental Tuxes, and possibly bounce some ideas off of the workers about color combinations for my wedding. I asked where the books were, and was pointed toward them. Following that, I didn’t hear from anyone again until we were on our way out the door.
