Dr. John Colbert advertised on his website that he treated TMJ. Then after my first visit with Dr. Colbert he tried to make me get an $ 820 mouth guard. When I told him I couldn’t afford that much for a mouth guard, he got angry and said he didn’t even like to treat TMJ patients. He also said that I needed to pay for his continuing education. He sent me a bill for $ 275 for the office visit, and when I complained about the false advertising regarding treating TMJ; his billing clerk said that he would not reduce the bill. Do not go to this dentist unless you have a lot of money to waste.
