Don’t go here. Go to the Jack in the Box on Pioneer Parkway. They never have anything I want to order, their burgers are always made wrong, the French fries are nasty, and their customer service is horrid!
I actually had the drive thru guy try to pick a fight with me because I didn’t want to back up. If he would have told me that it was to cheat the order timer I probably would have done it, but he didn’t. He just wanted to be a jerk.

This is the slowest jack in the box I have ever been to. They frequently take about 6 min or longer to get your food out. We always go in the drivethru. The last time we went the employee was on their cell phone and when I ordered a teriyaki bowl he said he couldn’t make it because the microwave was broken. That is not something you tell a customer. We then ordered a munchie meal and he said he couldn’t make that because they were out of chicken patties. We were not offered any other items discounted and had to wait for our food for another 8 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this jack in the box whatsoever.

I always have terrible service when I go here, the food is usually barely tolerable. Don’t ask me why I even go back. I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment.

Worst place ever!!! The service here sucks!!! The employees are slow and uneducated about the menu!!! We have been 3 times and each time it gets worse. They messed up our order, gave attitude in the drive thru and the food was freezer burnt!!! Then when we complained they hassled us asked for a receipt even though we had just been there… Needless to say we will never be back!!! Also they run out of everything because apparently they are uneducated about inventory as well!!! The «shift lead» Lloyd was doing everything but leading!!! My 12 year old sister could lead better then him which shows how awesome the management team that hired him must be!!! Hire new people!!!

I love this Jack in the Box location.
It always has very friendly drive through personal, and almost always nerdy and energetic but that is not so bad.
