Never buy Paula Deen furniture from this place. I spent over $ 2000 on a kitchen table and chairs only to find they come«slightly distressed». In other words, I paid to have someone in China poke holes, scrape paint and otherwise make brand new furniture look like it’s been through years of abuse. This is what passes for fashionable and trendy? To make it worse, the table top started to split after a few months and it took another couple of months to get a replacement. Guess what I got? A large area where there is no paint at all and when I complained, with pictures, I was told that’s just the distressing and ALL the table tops come that way, including my original one. I couldn’t believe the manager of Hank’s «Fine» Furniture was basically telling me I was too stupid not to have noticed the same defect on my first table top. That’s because ITWASNEVERTHERE! I am the type of person who notices little things and this was a big thing. If it had been there I would have seen it over the course of six months of using the table. Hank’s refuses to do anything about it. RIPOFF!

We purchased a bedroom set and they delivered the wrong dresser. They said the salesman wrote down the wrong number but the dresser didn’t even match the bedroom set. You would think they would check before ordering a bedroom set that doesn’t match. Also they do not have their own delivery people and they pass you off to a sub who wasn’t very good either. We won’t be shopping at Hank’s again.

We bought what they said was a 5 – 7 year couch. In less than two weeks the cushions were soft and the fabric was stretched. Contacting them this week — will update if/when they provide resolution… Update: Spoke to a manager(our sales person no longer works there — hmmm), she ordered us new cushion cores which took about a week. She said she ordered«high-density foam cores» as we requested. We swapped them out and three days later they were as bad as the first batch. We’ll probably have to order cushion cores from an independent retailer to get anything of decent quality. I will give a thumbs-up for the customer service that was provided, but their furniture is junk. We’ll never shop and Hank’s «Fine Furniture» again.
