Moved in and the house was not even remotely clean. The ceilings had holes in them, there was mold in the basement, the bathroom floor was completely rotted under the tile (they fixed this after around 4 phone calls), the house was infested with fleas (also fixed after about 7 phone calls), and the whole house smelled like cat piss.
They rarely fixed anything when we called. And we had to fight them and give them several lists to fix what they did in the beginning. The lawn was rarely mowed.
Tracy blamed us for not being able to lease his crappy house at the end of our lease and decided that we didn’t deserve our security deposit. After a month of fighting we got back 215 dollars. Which was not even a 4 of our original 960 deposit.
If you like to live in subpar conditions and get screwed over at every turn, this is the place to rent from. If not, I suggest you run far away.
