This is the only terminal in town, and it’s in the middle of a commercial area of town at that, so no hotels, eateries, or anything like that for several blocks(more like a mile or so). So why in the world would you close the terminal to clean, when you have folks getting off here and waiting for their ride and make them sit outside while you clean? This has always been a sore spot with me for a long time, and even though I don’t take the bus anymore, I had to voice this one complaint. If anyone from Greyhound reads this, please change this policy for the safety and comfort of your passengers. Thank you.

This facility is indeed A-OK! It is newer, it is clean, it is easy to access. It only has four or five places to park, though, so if I would not have been lucky enough to get one of those, I might have ranked it differently. Now then, a couple of other reviews absolutely are spot on about Greyhound and their customer service in general…and I will definitely write a separate review for the sorry website and«mobile» site(that pops up on my desktop…) and their abhorrent customer service.. .but that is for Greyhound in general and definitely not this particular facility. Their headquarters are in Dallas, and that is what I will review later.

After booking a ticket in advance and arriving more than an hour before my trip, I was told my bus was full(after it was already an hour late) but another would arrive in an hour. After 5 hours of waiting, I finally asked the clerk for some information. His response: «What do you want me to do about it? I’m not the driver». When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would have to wait until 4 am. I was obviously appalled. The clerk then told me to «get out of his face». I have never been treated worse.

Absolutely the worst experience. I bought a ticket from springfield mo to Cincinnati only to be told when I arrived at the station that that route no longer exists. Then they proceeded to tell me that my ticket may not be refunded as it was my fault for purchasing my ticket in advance.
