worst company ever!!! Do Not Use Them!!! I called my Warranty Company AHS to put in a request for service and never received and no call until 10 days later, I called them to see why they hadn’t called they said they try to call me once, but didn’t leave a message because they were to busy, so finally they come to my house and then Khan Shafqat the guy in charge said core is frozen so he couldn’t do anything about it that I had to make another appointment, and was very rude about it! So I call and made another appointment and had to wait another 7 days and then when he gets there he said there is a leak and I need to call AHS to make a appointment. And then by that time I was already PO so I asked him to help to see what he could do to fix it now, he said he didn’t have time and had to go and I ask to speak to his supervisor and HE SAID THAT HE WAS AND THAT I COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! HE SAID HE RAN THIS COUNTRY AND THAT KNOWONE COULD SAY ANYTHING TO HIM!!! Khan Shafqat IS THE WORST HUMAN BEING ON THIS PLANET!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dido to below posts. Would give 0 stars if I could. Work order placed by warranty company and they never contacted me. I called 4 times. Never spoke to a person. Left messages. Never called me back. Had to get another company to come out.

It wouldn’t surprise me if this company is run by the same people in my area looking at the reviews. However the company I wished to review is in Chesapeake, va. I’m just not sure how to delete this review. Sorry about that.

I agree with other reviewers so far — this company is terrible at diagnostics, treating only symptoms, and completely irreverent for their poor customer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
My landlord’s home warranty (AHS) referred this company to fix an issue where the A/​C cooling coils were freezing up inside the house. Luckily, the tech arrived on time within two days of requesting an appointment, but he appeared to be in quite a hurry. He quickly diagnosed that the system was low on coolant, recharged the system, and wanted to be on his way. I asked him to look into the underlying cause. Why would the coolant be low? Could there be a leak? What about all the water that collected on the floor and the sides of the HVAC cabinet? He said it would all go away now that the coolant was refilled. I asked him to stay another 15 minutes so the building maintenance guy could double-​check if there was anything else to worry about but he hurried me along to sign the service receipt and pay him… my mistake for doing that. I asked if he would come back the same day if anything else was found and he assured me he would.
Well… the maintenance guy came buy and found that the drip pan drain pipe had developed a leak and that water would continue to collect on the floor of the cabinet. When I called the company within 20 minutes of the tech’s departure to send him back out they said he wouldn’t be in the area the rest of the day… OK, how about Saturday? or Monday? «Sure» he said… Monday afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything and when I call the company I was told I would need to open another warranty claim. Things escalated and we exchanged words, ending with the rep telling me «you can shove it.»
I called AHS about the experience and advised them to drop this vendor, and am awaiting their call about who they’ll send to fix the outstanding issue. In the meantime, I have the HVAC cover off so the cabinet will air out but water keeps pooling in there and the surrounding drywall has started to bulge from moisture. While the problem began before this company arrived, they did nothing to find the impact and deeper root of the problems I reported. If you want the job done right, you don’t want this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like the other reviewer, I was referred to Four Seasons by my home warranty service. They did show up when they said they would, but the guy tried to tell me that I just needed to change my air filter and then my air conditioner would work fine. After I insisted that he look further into the issue, he found that it was low on Freon. He added more and left. One month later, my air conditioner started having the same issue, so I called them directly to ask them to come out and look at it again. First, this «business» doesn’t even have a recorded message on their voice mail. After calling every day for the last week without reaching anyone and leaving 5 messages, I finally resubmitted my claim through my home warranty service. After no call once again, I called and left another message and low and behold, they called me right back. BUT, today is Thursday and we’re heading into an 85 degree weekend and they told me the soonest they could come out to my house is next Tues. to fix the problem they didn’t get right the first time. When I asked why they hadn’t returned any of my previous calls I was told that I didn’t leave my address in the message. When I let him know that I did leave my name and phone number along with the reason for why I was calling, so if he needed my address why didn’t he call me back and ask me, he had nothing to say. Needless to say, I am looking for another competent provider to fix my air conditioner issue. Stay FAR away from this sketchy company!

Broken A/​C system. Tuesday I filed a request through my home warranty (AHS warranty) to fix it.
By Wednesday morning they had never called back. It had been around 15 hours or so. I contacted my home warranty people. They, too, could not get in touch with Four Seasons.
Finally Wednesday at 1:04PM I received a call from Khan Shafqat, who I guess is the guy who runs things. He told me he could only get over here by 12−5PM on Friday.
5:08PM on Friday, no show, no call, no answer on their phone.
Do not deal with these people.
