Decent BBQ for a chain. They have a uniform product, with good beer choices, but nothing that would make me pick them over competition in the area.

Used Famous Dave’s for their catering service last spring. They bring the smoker and grill to your location and do all of the cooking there for you, all at a reasonable price. Nothing beats ducking the grill duty when you’re dressed up, and the food was terrific as usual. Don’t forget them if you’re throwing a party.

This really is a shame because I have previously eaten at this same venue in the past & should have written a review then which would be much better than this one. Had lunch with my sisters. I got the Burnt Ends(minus pickles) &BBQ wings. The wings were good but I actually like mine cooked more so the skin is a bit crispier. The Burnt Ends — just don’t get them unless you like fat. There were about 2 – 3 that were edible but the others were a write off. The onion rings were shards of oil & the cornbread, while fluffy & moist was too sweet for me. My sis had the rib and fish combo. They forgot her greens but she said otherwise it was ok. My other sis had the shrimp & fish tacos. She said, ‘meh’ to the fish one but said the shrimp ones were alright. The salsa was far too watery. The saving grace of this meal was our server Ryan. We started off with a very poor server who abandoned us(& the table next to ours) but Ryan got onto it & for us, he saved this ‘Meh’ experience with his lovely manner & professionalism(thanks for the comp BBQ sauce) I would only return now because he rescued us so the stars are only for Ryan! Good job sir.

The St. Louis Ribs were delicious but I didn’t like the burnt rib tips. Tasted to burnt for me. My friend got the rib tip platter which was also good. The french fries are like potato wedge and were just ok. I wouldn’t get them again. The cold slaw was great as was the ice tea. The service was good as well. I would definitely go back.

Ate here for the first time last night. It was my birthday and I really wanted BBQ so my wife, son and I went in around 5:00pm(Saturday night). We had about a 10 minute wait before we were seated. Our waitress, Tammy, was prompt, friendly and patient since we didn’t really know what we wanted. We decided on boneless hot wings with Wilbers Revenge sauce(WOW — I like hot sauce but this set my tongue on fire!) and nachos with pulled chicken for appetizers. The nachos were good but nothing special. I’ll skip them next time and I’ll get a less hot sauce(Devils Spit) if ordering the wings with dinner. The food came out so quickly that we had barely started the appetizers and wound up taking them home. They have five sauces at the table so every liking is satisfied. Chopped pork sandwich was very good, St Louis ribs were very good and the brisket was good and tender but next time we’ll stick to the ribs because they were so much better. Wilber beans were good as was the cole slaw and fries. The cole slaw helped to cool the burning on my tongue from the hot wings! They knew it was my birthday since I had a coupon and three waitresses came out with a large bowl fo ice cream covered in chocolate sauce and whipped cream with three spoons and sang happy bday to me — which embarassed the heck out of me but was cool. When we left at 6:30, it was getting crowded but still not much of a waiting list. I can’t wait to go back
