Specialties
Driftwood’s focus is on local product which leads to good food and includes good spirits. We have been described as having «big town food with a small town feel.»
We feature what we call a «grazing» menu which encourages the sharing of plates and gives the opportunity to try multiple plates while leaving you satisfied.
We are proud to support our area farmers and ranchers, the vast majority of our products come from within a 100 mile radius and help to define the menu which rotates as the seasons rotate.
Our cocktails are among the best in town, you’ll find a wide array of classic cocktails and new cocktails. If you’re looking for craft beer this is your place, we carry roughly twenty bottles and three on draft that constantly rotate.
History
Established in 2014.
Opened September 2014 on the corner of 5th Street and Adams in downtown across from the US Bank building and the Old Capitol. The space was previously used as a bar in it’s most recent history being the upstairs of Catch 22 and Lucid.
