I started the business because, not only was I clumsy with my phone, but I never knew where to go if I ever had an issue except back to where I got it from, and those guys usually would tell me I was out of luck if I had no insurance, so get a new phone or you’re out of luck! I was a student at the time, and that didn’t sit well with me, A) I didn’t have the money to upgrade or pay for insurance and their deductible of $ 200 – 250. B) I just got an upgrade, why would I do that again? Be stuck with the same phone for 2 years and then if that breaks, I’m screwed again! So I found an alternative, not only for myself, but for everyone, make your life easier by fixing your phone in a timely manner, efficient manner, and professional manner. No body has time to wait a whole week to get their phone back, no body wants to pay a $ 200 deductible for their insurance while they’re already paying monthly for it when they can get it fixed for half of that, and get it back in 30 minutes.

I emailed ahead of time and asked if they can swap out my battery. I provided the make and model. I received a response to drop in to do the service. I just dropped in today and was told they don’t do batteries for my particular phone. I’m not sure why I had to drive here to be told that. Waste of my time.

I brought my smashed Samsung screen in today to get fixed. First their price was better than many of the other places I checked. They told me to check back in two hours, which I did. The guy was still not done but when he finished he brought it out to show me. It still had some issues, so he went back and worked on it again. The next time he brought it, it had a tiny bit of dust and I complained, so he worked on it AGAIN. He kept going back and forth until I was happy with the results. The tech’s name was Abdul-​Qadir. He was very helpful and patient, even with my OCD. Thank you guys, I would definitely come back again if I have any more issues. He even put the new screen cover on my phone for me. Thank you!

I delt with fraz and customer service was great he kept me informed with what was going on with my I pad mini and it’s my companies iPad and there was water damage that I didn’t know about and he didn’t even charge me extra for it prices are one of the best around in the area unless you try to attempt to do it your self of course other places people seem like they just want your money and don’t care about the condition of your device and just want you out of their hair but fraz and his techs make it feel like they actually will take care of your device like it’s their own so if you need to get a screen replaced or anything that seems like it would cost a ton of money just stop by or give them a call and they will take care of you

My daughter dropped her Galaxy 5 a week after I bought it for her and cracked the screen. I called around to several cell phone repair shops and was told it would cost $ 200 plus to fix it and parts would have to be ordered. Went to DMV and they replaced the screen in two hours for $ 90 with a 90 warranty. A person would have to be crazy to take a phone anywhere else for repair Awesome service.

Everyone was so helpful, awesome service! My phone was completely destroyed. I couldn’t hear anyone when using it and they couldn’t hear me. My glass was also shattered. I took it here and they fixed it in just 30 mins! I can actually talk on my phone and have a new screen! all for a great deal! Everywhere else I went wanted my phone for ancouple days and tried to charge me double what I paid here. Very satisfied with this place and happy I found it! :):)

Awesome shop! After a terrible experience with a shady company, I was skeptical about the options out there. I wandered in to their DC location, and the manager/​owner was out on the store floor and took the time to chat. He asked me to give them a shot, and I did. I brought my phone to their Springfield location, and they took care of it right away. They delivered better than promised.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 5s and 6 here. Excellent customer service; I was in and out in under 15 minutes as just a walk-​in customer (screen fixed and all)! Great prices compared to other competitors in the area and the employees are very knowledgeable. I have seen the same phone cases Best Buy sells here for half the price! Highly recommend this store.

Like other reviewers, this was the first time I’ve taken my iPhone to anyone outside the appleverse. I diagnosed the problem myself (thanks YouTube) and looked at the videos related to the likely cause of the problem. My screen was locked with lines appearing on it — which rendered the phone unusable.
I called the place based upon other reviews from Unilocal.The picked up the phone right away and I drove over. I walked into the store and was greeted professionally. They listened to me and prior to doing the work took the phone apart and showed my what was going on. Ultimately I replaced the LCD at a cost of $ 75. Works great!
And the best part? There appears to be a good Indian restaurant, and several other restaurants in the same shopping area, so you can grab some good food and a cold drink while you wait!

These guys did a great job a repairing my iPhone 5s in less than 30 minutes. I found them through Amazon services. I gave them 4 stars because they didn’t have any cases that were quality for my phone model. I did pick up a Tempered glass screen shield from them for cheap, But i really did want to buy a wallet type case while i was there, but they didn’t have any. They also didn’t have tempered glass for my wife’s HTC one. So a better selection would have gotten them 5 stars.

This was the first time I’d ever brought my phone anywhere besides the retail store and I was more than pleased. I just brought in two Samsung phones that had cracked screens and they replaced both screens in about 2 hours. They talked about every step of the process and let me know the parts that they would use upfront. It was a very smooth transaction and both screens were fixed for under what getting one replaced at the Sprint store would have cost. I am very happy that I checked them out on Unilocal and went there.

Owner REALLY goes the distance to deliver satisfaction for the customer. I got the wrong phone for the Verizon Network and Fraz did all he could to help troubleshoot the device and SIM card activation before issuing me a full refund on the purchase, with all the troubleshooting on his own time after regular hours. His attitude and character is really why I had to write this review. He is a reasonable person and I wish him great success in business expansion.

Great service at a great price. How is it that these guys can do screen repair at a lower price and in half the time as other places? They even found out that my last repair done elsewhere was subpar and they didn’t even replace all the screws. I came in without an appointment and they replaced my cracked 5S screen in 25 minutes for $ 75. I recommend that everyone stop searching for faster service or lower price and just go here for all your mobility repair, accessories and services.

Took my iPhone 5S in for replacement screen, cost $ 75, they guarantee all work for 30 days. After a day went by, the new touchscreen wasn’t working properly so I returned phone to be fixed again. Good price, stay to their word, and takes 30 – 60 minutes for fix.

Update!
I went back in on Tuesday 12⁄23 and paid another $ 75 for a replacement screen because it was loose and on top of that I dropped it at a holiday party on Saturday night and it was cracked pretty bad. The guys at DMV Unlocked Wireless were great, always friendly and the replacement was done in less than an hour and it looks amazing!
We will see if it makes it through the 90 day warranty period! Fingers are crossed!
