The store is very small and filled mostly with random knick-​knacks and decorative items; however, the proceeds go towards the Dakin Pioneer Humane Society, where they house adorable cats and dogs. I have a very soft-​spot for animals, so buying very inexpensive household items such as plates, photo frames, etc (at a steal might I add) to support this special cause only makes it that much better.
Also, go play with the kitty’s while you’re there and should you have room to add an addition to your family, take one home :)
