Alec has always had a way of understanding other people’s dilemmas, empathizing with them, and crafting workable solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
In 2007, Alec gained great experience as a litigation attorney in New York, consistently growing his client base. At the same time, Alec managed various commercial properties all over the tri-state area worth over ten million dollars. Alec saw himself becoming more and more successful on the outside, but he was not feeling happy or fulfilled on the inside.
In March of 2009, Alec gained his certification from iPEC Coaching, and founded his Coaching Practice. In November of 2011, Alec took the same leap he encourages and helps his clients to take, to run his own business as a full time business coach and motivational speaker. Alec is also a member of International Coaching Federation and the New Jersey Professional Coaches’ Association.
