So, this is a kids place and to me its decently clean. I mean you cant expect to much when the age ranges from 1 to 13 year old. I honestly don’t think it’s to expensive because i always find coupons online. I just deducted a star because honestly the staff is usually rude. Other than that my kids have fun for hours for a responsible price

Place is great for kids. My niece had her first birthday here. The building seems to small for the amounts of children. Needs a better AC system but, I love the fact they serve for adults and children. The customer service is decent depending on the day you come in. It’s pretty occupied so, you can’t expect to much.

I give it 3 stars because it is a good place to play a few games and the kids like it. Not highly original or clean though. The teenagers who run the establishment are well mannered and nice. There’s a police officer in house which is a little worrisome. Food? Didn’t touch it. I have low expectations and don’t want to invade my body with God knows what. Lots of noise and lights so don’t go expecting to walk out relaxed.

This place is okay. I haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in forever. We walked in and got our left hand stamped, their way or ensuring that you don’t take the wrong kid with you when you roll out. We ordered a pizza, value #1: medium pizza, two drinks and 20 tokens for $ 19.99. It was a packed house, lots of birthdays I guess. They had the machines dancing and singing… Not sure if the mouse comes out and greet the birthday kids here or not. The pizza was actually better than I expected and the drinks came with free refills. It’s not dirty nor really clean, just okay in my book. All the games worked fine. The only real issue we had was the ticket muncher, because only one of the four actually worked. I noticed that the place was ran by a bunch if kids… No adults here. The thing that bugged me the most was the girl who worked at the ticket booth. I gave her my receipt for 89 tickets and I told her my son wanted a spider(50 tickets) and a whistle(25 tickets). She was so lost, she turned to the other girl working there and said«I don’t know what to do, they have one ticket, but they want two things… How do I split the ticket?» Lol, are you serious?!? Was what I was thinking. The other girl explained to her that she should use the calculator in front of her and subtract 50 from 89 and then 25 from that total. Wow! Oh, did I mention she gave us a beetle vice a spider? Who doesn’t know what a spider looks like. I didn’t bother to say anything, I felt like she would explode with confusion. I wonder if they still still teach math in school anymore… Will we come back? I highly doubt it. But you never know…

This place is awesome. 1) its huge and it’s super clean 2) they still have the robots on the stage. My kids were tickled pink! 3) even though there were only 5 kids here on Weds afternoon, a staff member STILL got all decked out as Chuck E. and came out. He even passed out free tickets to the kids. 4) the staff was very attentive! They helped with game snafus and were maintaining all of the machines today. It looked like schedules maintenance to me. 5) the games are NEW! We were pleasantly surprised to find some of our Dave & Buster’s favorites here. We will most definitely be back. I’m thinking our daughter’s fourth birthday party will be here!
