Springfield is spoiled in terms of quantity and quality of Vietnamese eateries. After two mediocre experiences in Montréal, which is boasted as a gastronomic Mecca with food from eighty destinations, I’m even more sure of this. If you’re looking for Phở in Springfield, you probably won’t even be disappointed. You’ll have ups and downs in quality, maybe some days or hours the broth is fresher, maybe grandma is out of the kitchen that weekend and the apprentice chef still honing their craft is at work. But it will still be good, probably great. I have and continue to frequent every one of the ones in the area. But iPho, as this one now seems to be called, has been my top destination as of late. It’s small inside, you get the sense your a family guest almost — greeted warmly, offered tea, a menu if necessary. I’ve only tried the Phở here but everything about it has been perfect. Alright I tried the Banh Mi before too, but that was probably two or more years ago. I’ll have to get it again sometime. Another reason to come back.

This review is mainly base on their phở. Small place, hole in the wall type of place. There a couple of Vietnamese resturant in spfld that has Phở but none of them as good as this place. As close to authentic as grandma have made. Also there banh mi is really good too.
