As an update; (see previous review for the heartbreaking and frustrating saga) The Postal Service deemed an unworthy request and sent me a measely $ 100, because the original packaging for shipment was insufficient. I could have told them that!
Anyone that has suggestions on how to either:
–Get a business to take ownership and responsibility for their poor and unethical service
— Or how to really cause an unethical business that has done a lot of damage a little bit of pain
I’m taking currently collecting tips. In the meantime their incompetency and unprofessionalism will have to on the karma books.
