Books are fine and everything, but I come here for the café and wifi. There are always open tables and the wifi is always working. The coffee is good and so are the baked goods. The staff has been helpful on the rare occasion I want to find something from the book section of the store.

Went to Barnes and noble looking for American Sniper, asked a lady at the service desk where I could find it. Instead of leading me where it was she pointed me in the direction and said «it’s under best sellers» after walking around she looked at me like I was incompetent and said «it’s right here.» The book was under «new in paperback» not best sellers. Instead of also showing me where the hardback option was she walked away annoyed. I left empty handed and went to target to purchase the non movie cover version of the book and in hardback. I’ve never been treated so poorly in any Barnes and noble before. These people need a lesson in customer service.

I really enjoy Barnes & Noble and it seems like everyone you go to is a little bit different than the one before. This B&N is clean and tidy, but not very quiet and the staff is helpful but not very nice. Like most other B&N stores this one has a bountiful selection of books, games, journals and a Starbucks. It doesn’t have a music or movie selection like bigger B&N stores do.

Okay, don’t hate. Barnes and Noble has books. The books are great, B & N is not. Tonight, the noise level was reminiscent of a telemarketing call center. The service was atrocious. Hubs tried to flag down assistance to find a particular book. No luck getting employees to actually leave their important social conversations to help. The swirled mocha that I got tasty. Thus, the one star review. Please spend your money at a local independent coffee shop and get
some books at a shop downtown or at the Lincoln library.

Yay! Barnes & Noble! I love the aisles and aisles of books! They are always neat & tidy. The staff is super friendly. They have an AWESOME children section. I love findinga gem on the shelves.
