This is the best service, customer care and real down to earth place and people. I have been using Bill for my 1955 Ford F100 and he has helped me with more then anyone will know. He actually care about people and will work with you anything. You can tell he loves what he does. I run a small gym and know small business, these guys are great and I reccommend them to all of my members and clients.

I always leave this place 100% satisfied. The most recent experience with B&T was today. I got in my car on Wednesday morning and it wouldn’t start. My husband called Bill at B & T since we used to go there when they were located in Lorton.
Bil told him they closed at 6p and even helped to arrange a tow after my roadside assistance flaked out on me.
When I dropped my car off, he told me he would check it first thing in the morning on Thursday and get it back to me as soon as possible. Thursday afternoon he called and told us exactly what was wrong with the car and that is was ready.
However, Bill said he wanted to keep it another day since it was a weather related issue. He checked it multiple times and I picked it up today. He explained to me again what was wrong with the car and the price was extremely reasonable.
I live in PG County, MD and it’s a reason I take my car all the way to Springfield. Trust is very rare and I truly value it. This is THE shop to go to.

I’ve been going here years. From the time I was into «performance» cars with my Subaru’s all the way to driving a hybrid Lexus RX 450h.
It’s hard to find shops that you can trust and out of the many years that I’ve been in this area, they’re the only ones I do trust. They do honest work at a very reasonable rate and I’d have to say the services they provide are easily the best in the DMV area.
From engine swaps, tuning, or even regular maintenance on your car, this is the best and in my case the only place to go.

Bill Harris is a class act. He does superb work. He brought my 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme back to life from engine tuning, electric fuel pump installation, Air conditioner conversion, custom headers installation, transmission installation, and so forth. He is honest, fair, and stand behind his work. I highly recommend him to my friends and everyone who I meet.

I took my car to Merchant’s (I don’t feel bad name-​dropping, as it’s a chain) and they acted like I had no idea what the difference between an automatic and a manual transmission was. Basically, they were going to take me (and my wallet) to the cleaners.
A close friend recommends Bill and B&T to me, and I was sold. Anyone who puts your car and safety ahead of the almighty dollar definitely deserves my (and your!) business– and they did just that.
Bill ended up doing the job in record time and checked all of his work over– multiple times. This guy is thorough! He also does it all for the right price– and he really makes you feel as if you’re old friends throughout the process. :-)
