History

Established in 2008.

Practicing law for over 13 years and specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury, Mr. Atteberry opened his own firm in Taylorville and Springfield Illinois in 2008. At that time he became aware of a need in the community for dedicated and experienced divorce and family law attorneys and has since added two additional attorneys to our practice, Cara Pratt-​Fleming and Rachael Hayes. Business Owner

Mr. Atteberry is a 1990 Taylorville High School graduate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Blackburn College in 1994 and worked as a substitute teacher in the Taylorville area. Deciding to continue his education further Mr. Atteberry simultaneously attended Southern Illinois University School of Law and University of Ilinois at Springfield graduating both in 2001 with his Masters Degree and Juris Doctorate. He currently lives in Taylorville with his wife Cassandra and their 16 year old son and 11 month old twin boys.
