We specialize in selling, leasing, and short/​long term rental of digital multi-​functional copier/​printer/​scanner/​fax systems from Konica/​Minolta. We service and support copier equipment in the Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC area. Additionally we also have expanded our services to include a full printing and scanning facility on our premises.

History

Established in 2006.

We started the parent company in 1978, and have continued to provide excellent service and support for business equipment in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our primary business model is built around our short and long term copier rentals, however we do sell and lease copier systems as well. Because our copier rental program is totally all-​inclusive and truly month to month, the onus is on us to provide exceptional performance from all perspectives, or we may simply lose your business. That creates a very high quality service department which is paramount to any copier company.

I started as a copier service technician in this business, and that has provided me an important understanding of how to run a successful and exceptional copier company as a whole. The service side of the business is extremely important, and when you provide quality service, then you have a great opportunity to retain your client base. Along with an excellent and expedient service department, I have always strived to keep our price points as low as possible, and retain our customer base for many more years then our competition. Understanding that with advances in technology, you must diversify your business to stay competitive. Adding additional services such as a printing and scanning facility, along with managed IT support for network integration has helped to ensure that we take care of our clients from all perspectives.
