All of this is accomplished in a positive but challenging environment.
We are very proud of our ability to teach adults, teens, families, and children either together or separate and ensure that everyone is getting what they need out of their training.
Our mission is to provide healthy, educational martial arts programs for the mind, body and spirit that fosters self-improvement, respect, self-defense and physical fitness for students of all ages and abilities.
Students come in with a desire to improve their health or confidence or self-defense, etc. We will not only provide a way to improve their initial goal, but all the others associated with martial arts training.
History
Established in 2004.
Andrew Gause’s Martial Arts started in 2004 when Master Andrew Gause took over a small existing school known as Mountain Kim Martial Arts. The school has more than doubled in size and has a tremendous student retention rate. Master Andrew Gause was given an already «good» curriculum to work off of from the Mountain Kim system, but has added a tremendous amount of skills and drills to make sure students always have something new to learn and look forward to. The school is full of tradition but is continually evolving to give students a better experience.

«It’s not what I have achieved, but what I can get my students to achieve that drives me. And to have such an impact on so many people in so many different ways is what makes this profession so worthwhile.»
This philosophy definitely shows– as we have received the Top 10 Martial Arts School Award from AMS (a martial arts consulting group) twice, has received the «Most Inspiring Instructor» award from EFC (a martial arts consulting group) in ’12 and is consistently ranked in the top 5% of martial art schools nationwide in enrollment and retention.
