AJ’s Towing

This guy is f-​ing horrible. My girlfriend broke down on the side of the interstate and I called him because he was the closest one to her location. He said «No problem, I’ll be there in 15 minutes». He was located right off the next exit. For some reason he went south for 30 minutes before figuring out he went the wrong way (even though he had a cell phone and my phone number). Over an hour after he said he would be there he shows up, loads the car up and drops it off at the mechanic. Before he left though I asked if he would take anything off the price because he was an hour late, and he threatened to tow the vehicle back to the interstate and leave it on the side of the highway again!!! But the worst thing about him is although he said he would call me when the car was delivered, I had to call him and he had the nerve to chew me out for calling another towing company while I was waiting. Just an unprofessional Asshole
