Since starting in the real estate business, Austin has developed an abundance of experience and success in structuring and successfully closing numerous Private Money transactions. Austin’s broad range of experiences in both the investment and financing arenas provide him with a unique and balanced perspective in analyzing and structuring loans. Austin graduated from Portland State University in their real-​estate finance program with honors and prides himself on providing his clients with superior service while maintaining strict confidentiality. Austin began brokering private money loans in 2005 and shortly thereafter met AIC. After working with AIC on numerous private money transactions from 2005 to 2010, Austin moved from Portland, OR to Eugene, OR and joined forces with AIC.
