History
Established in 2008.
Accent Curbz is a family business.
You might be intrigued to know Jeff is a chef educated at the Culinary Institute of America. Maybe you would wonder what being a chef has to do with concrete hardscapes and edging. It’s all in the proportions, proper mixing methods, creative flair, and an eye for the details. Jeff has been able use his experience to teach our crew how to get the Accent Curbz mixture just right for strength and beauty.
Our research and development is led by Jeff’s dad, Mike, a civil engineer and concrete specialist. The office is managed by Jeff’s mom, JoAnn, who has a banking and property management background. Inge, Jeff’s wife, who has worked side by side with Jeff in business since 1997, handles the marketing and human resources.

Jeff W.
Manager
I help people find solutions and connect people. With Accent Curbz, I help people improve their curb appeal, define their flower bedding areas, redirect water, conserve water, keep their mulch/decorative rock out of the lawn, keep the gravel in the driveway, keep the rubber mulch in the play area, reduce time spent string trimming, eliminate frustration with plastic, fiberboard or metal edging popping out of the ground, protect expensive signage from accidents from automobiles or rocks soaring from a blade trimmer, increase the fun factor (miniature golf anyone?), etc. While I’m helping someone with Accent Curbz, they often mention another project they’re working on. As a result, I connect them to a contractor or business that I trust to do quality work and have great service.
Meeting people is the most interesting thing about my job.
One of the most fun applications this year for Accent Curbz is the miniature golf course, Shoot for the Stars on Hwy 76 in Branson. Check it out.
