Our mobile waiters work day in and day out to ensure that each and every meal is delivered hot and ready and in a timely fashion so that our customers are always satisfied.

History

Established in 2013.

Abe’s Takeout, LLC is a locally owned, family operated business that was founded in the Summer of 2013. Since the earliest stages of it’s development, Abe’s Takeout has sought to accomplish one key goal: to provide the patrons of the Springfield area with a delivery option that would satisfy their every need.

Upon launching the service to the public in December 2013, Abe’s Takeout has since doubled it’s restaurant list to include more than 15 locally owned and operated establishments that are now available for delivery.

Meet the Business Owner

Tyler G.

Business Owner

Tyler Gansky is a native of Springfield, IL with experience in the food service industry. Upon graduating from Sacred Heart-​Griffin high school, Tyler attended the University of Missouri-​Columbia, where he studied journalism. While enrolled at Mizzou, Tyler gained experience in the food service industry and began studying similar takeout delivery services in the area.

After realizing a market demand for a quality delivery service in the Springfield area, Tyler began molding Abe’s Takeout into a working business model. Since then, Tyler has moved back to Springfield to attend the University of Illinois at Springfield to study business and to manage the day to day operations of Abe’s Takeout.
