A-n-B Cab

Horrible service. Rude. And dangerous drivers! Will NEVER use them again! Bad. Bad. Almost hit other cars on several occasions. Nearly side swiped a car, almost rear ended another. Rude on phone and in person. Not on time. Worst cab company ever! Horrible.

This was and is the worst service I have EVER received!!! No one would answer the phone, and when they did, the person who anseered, named Todd, was very disrespectful. This all happened after they informed me the cab would be at my house in 1 hour. It has now been 2 hours, and guess what… no cab! When I finally get ahold of them after 50 CALLS… they hang up on me three times, and then said that they would be here in 10 – 15 minutes.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, AND I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE TO NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL THEM FOR A CAB. … they get 0 stars from me!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cab company!!! My job requires me to call cabs regularly for guests who are from out-​of-​town and normally I would call Lincoln yellow. But because Lincoln yellow was fairly busy on this specific day, I decided to give gracious another try. I have had bad experiences with gracious being late or being rude but never to this magnitude! I attempted to call a cab for someone and told them where it would be going. He immediately responded «Where will they be going?» I again told him and asked about how long it would take and he said «Well do you want a cab or not?» I replied yes I need a cab but the guest was wondering how long it is going to take. He then asked me to ask the guest how long he could wait for the cab. I responded I’m not asking a guest that question. He said «then you don’t want a cab.» and hung up. I will make sure that I never use this cab company again and will make sure that all of my guests use a respectful and guest focused cab company from now on.

Just 20 minutes before I arrived in Springfield by Amtrak on a Sunday night, I realized that I needed to call a cab. The dispatcher and driver were as gracious as their name implies, and the cab was waiting for me at the station, even though my train arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. The cab was clean and we got to my destination swiftly — I would definitely recommend them!
