Meet the Business Owner

Tony N.

Business Owner

Mr. (Tony) Nardone represents Corner Property Management (CPM) in the real estate service industry for the last six years. Tony is passionate about building a brand that is synonymous with accountable service, leadership and customer service. His focus is on client satisfaction and retention, new business development and overall guidance and support for all CPM initiatives.

Mr. Nardone is the owner and President of CPM. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is also a member of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute (NJ-​CAI), an organization that supports the professional and ethical management of community interest developments. Tony currently holds his CMCA and AMS designations.

For the past several years, Tony has managed a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Central and Northern New Jersey, including an historic landmark building. He has an extensive background in all phases of property management and
