We love this place! We spent hours trying to get my friend’s old kia rio front hood to open with no avail. It seemed to be stuck. We needed to change the headlight because it burnt out. We gave up and went to the nearest service station which was here. Fidel literally walked up to the car and opened the hood like nothing! We literally wasted our day figuring out how to open the dang thing! He was so nice and they also fixed the headlight which ran us $ 10. EVERYONE here was helpful and didn’t judge how helpless we were. I was only visiting a friend in NJ at the time we visited but I will never forget how great their customer service was!

I would think twice before deciding to go to this place, especially if you’re a woman. Went to get my oil change and was told that my antifreeze was very low, and that I needed to fill it. Quoted me $ 26 dollars for a gallon of antifreeze. Laughable. I’m starting to think that they assume people aren’t capable of having knowledge and knowing better. I told them no thank you, and as I walked back in, was told that if I go to autozone or other stores that would be «$ 30 dollars right there.» The funny part was that I had the website up right on the phone with the price of — $ 13. That ended up being with tax. Long story short, it’s enough that you can’t really trust people in this industry. Don’t depend on this place to prove your suspicions wrong. Smh.

My wife came in this morning with a screw in her tire, which she need patched. No need to look for the problem, no tire rotation, no replacing the shocks or recalibrating the computer or cleaning out the engine.
She was charged $ 35 — that’s right: $ 35 for patching a hole on a tire.
People are free to charge what they want — -it’s a free country. But this is outrageously, excessively greedy.
I cannot believe they would’ve asked for even half that amount, had she been a trucker, rather than a harried mom with two impatient kids in the car.
We moved to the area not long ago, and have been looking for the one mechanic we can really trust — knowledgable & not a rip-​off.
I guess the search continues.

After exclusively going to this place I went to the dealer because of an oil leak. 8 minute had stripped the oil pan screw and now the entire pan had to be replaced. They are a hot mess and I’m out $ 300 for the pan. Beware, beware.

They fixed a leaking gasket properly but broke a brake line and sent me out the door with brakes barely working. Then came the denial and blaming. Denial and blaming for hours. Finally settled when I agreed to paying for 80% of a new brake line.

Don’t get me wrong, they emptied out the old oil and replaced the filter and oil, not a hard task by any stretch. Now, even with a $ 15.00 off coupon it STILL cost me $ 42+. There was an additional $ 8+ charge for 2 extra quarts of oil, as its an SUV. No problem with that, thats typical anywhere. Tire rotation was additional $ 21.00, so I skipped it. I was out within 15 minutes, which was good. However, I typically stick with Midas as it’s $ 19.99 for an oil change and a free tire rotation, however, you must use the coupon.
