History

Established in 2007.

The Value Place was founded in 2003 by entreprener Jack DeBoer. With an eye for praticality and the idea of a cleaner, safer, simpler lodging alternative the first Value Place extended stay hotel was opened in October of 2003 in Wichita Kansas and is now the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry.

I moved to Springdale Arkansas in 2007 to begin my journey as a property attendant for The Value Place. This was an ideal situation for me at that time in my life and i have to say it has been an amazing experience. I was promoted to Property Manager within the first two years. This has been a very rewarding experience for me. I could not have asked for a better company to be a part of and hope to be a part of for many years to come.
