GREATEXPERIENCE and it is all owed to our server RALJOY, the food was delicious. Their dry aged fillet steak was so good and very tender and cooked to perfection and the pork tenderloins with an apple reduction was also very tender and good but overall our waiter RALJOY was so attentive to our needs and made sure we tried the very best of the menu. A MUSTVISIT

Good food, bad service, watered down cocktails, strange attitude, pricey. Very nice atmosphere, but the service along with the attitude of the bartender and manager ruined the dinner for us. There are better places in town where they actually know about service and care what their customers think. From the beginning we experienced mediocre service from Chris. She either hadn’t been trained well or she just didn’t care, probably a bit of both. We have now learned that because of the strange liquor laws in Utah the cocktails will taste like colored water. I’m not sure why they are even on the menu and for $ 12 a drink which was ridiculous. Stick with wine or beer and you’ll be better off.

One of the nights my family and I were staying in Springdale we decided to go walk around for something to eat after a day of hiking. It seemed overly fancy for how casual the town of Springdale is and how everyone is typically dressed after spending a day in Zion. We were seated and were waited on by a very friendly young lady. She was very nice, attentive, and was able to answer our questions about the menu. I would say it’s pretty pricey… yeah, it is a steakhouse. But the main reason I put three stars was because of our wait for our food. It took probably 45 – 50 minutes to receive our meals and we didn’t even have a large party(just three of us). We did get desert, the tiramisu was VERY good so that was probably my favorite part.

Dee-licious!!! The food here was awesome! And the waitress surprised us with a free dessert for our anniversary! So sweet! I am not sure why all the reviews about the cost of this restaurant… it is a steakhouse after all. Do you want to eat at a cheap steakhouse? Then, go to Sizzler. This is a nice steakhouse in the middle of a very casual crowd… it was refreshing to have a nice meal! The focaccia bread was to die for. We had bacon wrapped scallops for an appetizer, and then we both had the seafood salad for entrees… it was as big as my face! Delicious! The dessert we had was a chocolate bread pudding with caramelized bananas… ridiculously amazing! Will definitely return!

What would be the cuisine associated with the USA? Burgers and steak would come high on the list for most people, I suspect The fiancée and I loved Zion. One of the prettiest places we’ve visited in the USA but out in the Utah wilderness, dining options are more limited. We saved this place as a special meal as we figured that they’d be able to do good steak in the USA The restaurant is quite posh for Zion where casual dining predominates. The service and staff were pleasant Unfortunately, the steak was average. We were also surprised that a steak restaurant didn’t have any sauces. The staff seemed surprised when we asked about sauces. Unfortunately, this left our steaks a bit dry The other dishes were ok but again failed to excite the tastebuds beyond yup, this is ok It’s an average meal at a pricey place for Zion

The worst. Ordered a filet, thinking it was their specialty. It was so bad i sent it back. The next one was no better, but I didn’t have the heart to send it back. Dry flavorless. They also couldn’t get a simple ice cream dessert right. Save your money.

We had dinner and was cooked just perfect. Nice restaurant and great food. Price is $$$, but if you plan for a nice evening… Go for it!

For the food specifically. Should have reviewed this place ages ago but oh well laziness is laziness. Was here for dinner as well as breakfast. Both free as part of the tour outside of the alcohol. The breakfast is OK though the prices are high outside of the home fries being good. No omlette station that morning. In terms of the steak house/restaurant, it is quite good. For those who drink beer, they sell a polygamy porter that is excellent. A bit sweet but good. it was a multi course meal, appetizer, main, and dessert. I had the tomato soup which I remember being solid. The bread was good also, a bit odd as there was some cheese already on there. I had a steak special for the evening. it came with a mushroom sauce and it was perfectly cooked. I also tried someone’s fish which was pretty good and someone’s chicken which was good. Dessert was, as with a lot of other places, a cheesecake with prickly pear sauce. Oh boy, here we go again, it’s not going to be good, wait nevermind. The cheesecake here was actually solid. Of course it wasn’t NYC good but it was super close. Nice work.

My review is for the gift shop located adjacent to their restaurant. They had a good selection of souvenirs AND alcohol. The items are a little on the pricey side but it’s not too bad considering the lack of options in the Springdale area.

Food was okay, but really disappointed with the service provided during the evening. Definitely would not go back.

Stopped by after a day at Zion, ordered the Blue Bacon Burger and my wife has the Fish and Chips, both were more than we could have finished. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They also have about 8 TVs to watch every NFL games if you stop by on any given Sunday.

Amazing ribeye steak and baked potato. Great atmosphere, even better views. My Wife had the salmon but wasn’t blown away. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out.

Good steak, sides, and wine. Steaks were prepared as ordered. My 5 star rating is relative to this location. What do people expect in such a rural location? This would rate 3.5 — 4 stars in my home of Salt Lake, but I was very pleased to find this good of a restaurant here. This will be your best bet in Springdale.

Very accommodating! Chef agreed to switch my potatoes for coconut curry risotto because ideas potatoed out. It was served with 5 incredibly tender scallops and seasonal vegetables, garnished with an edible orchid. Tina was a gracious server. Thoroughly enjoyed this delicious dinner.

What a nice surprise. …perhaps I shouldn’t say that, but I really did not expect such a high end restaurant out here. I was surprised by the number of stars, but then I read the reviews. …people, either get a better job or learn to add. The price is correct for the quality of food and service. We had the tomato soup, filet mignon, sea bass, salmon, burger and some sides… bravo for executing all those dishes to the standards of an iron chef. The wine selection and the bar is very well equipped. The staff service is comparable to that of a seasoned member of Smith & Wollensky. And thanks to Tina for your attention.

As a few reviewers have already mentioned Utah has some very specific laws regulating liquor sales and unfortunately this is the ONLY place in town where you can buy takeaway liquor and wine(beer is available at the grocery store) and unfortunately you’ll pay for the privilege and you’ll have to be content with the the limited selection that’s available… Better idea… If driving through Nevada or Arizona pick up supplies there! If you run out, try not to do so on the weekend or between the hours of 4pm and 8pm as you’ll experience rush hour and could be in line for up to 20 – 30 minutes waiting to check out with all the other boozehounds! Oh and make sure you have your ID handy… A sign warns that they’ll card anyone who looks like they’re under 35 but when I was there they were carding everyone — even Grandma!

The food was really good, very simple flavors. The portions could be smaller. Our waitress was super nice and communicative. We had shrimp cocktail which wasn’t as good but the tomato soup and our mains — perfect steak and ahi tuna were delicious as well as the deserts — crème brûlée and ice cream with berries! They were a bit slower with the wine tho. We also had espresso lavazza after our meal — not many US restaurants have that! Overall good european style restaurant, we are coming back next day, it is more of fine dining experience yet still casual. Cut on the sizes and you will be great! Also the view is amazing!

Remember the old expression, «lipstick on a pig»? Well, that fits here perfectly. Three star food, one star service, five star prices. We were in this area for a wedding — fourteen of us looking for a nice place to share a grand meal in style, to celebrate the upcoming nuptials. Staff got of on the wrong foot right away — they wanted to split us up into separate tables which would have had us too far apart and half of us sitting with our backs turned towards each other, seemingly to accommodate staff so not all of us were seated in one staffers section. That was not an option for us and they seemed inflexible until we decided to walk out. Then they decided they could seat us together, end to end, but there had to be a big gap between the tables or it would be a fire code violation. Somehow we still wound up with two different sets of wait staff… to insure wait personnel had equal customer seating in their sections. Definitely not something customers should have been bothered with. The décor was upscale and tasteful, the menus large, bound affairs, with separate wine lists etc. It seemed like the perfect place. But the service was slow, catch as catch can, the wait staff was poorly trained, and the kitchen staff was not capable of serving large parties. We finally all got our orders placed… The first table of seven were served and halfway finished with their meals when five of the other meals were brought to the second table. Two people were left waiting a good ten minutes after that for their meals. None of the steaks were worth anywhere near the $ 47 price tags. While cooked to order, they were bland and not very flavorful. The five little scallops sitting atop mounds of mashed potatoes were of decent flavor and quality, but nowhere near worth their $ 31 price tag. Honestly, we’ve had better fare at Texas Roadhouse for a fraction of the price, and much better service to boot. This restaurant pretends to be a somewhat exclusive, high-class, upscale restaurant. And to be fair, the facility is very nicely appointed, but the reality is that the food is too marginal and the service too poor to command those exorbitant prices. Very disappointing indeed.

5 stars is for the BREAKFASTBUFFETONLY on the restaurant side(not sports bar side). We ate here twice before our Zion hikes. We never came here for dinner. With over 30 items on the breakfast menu, how can anyone complain. Omelette stations, bacon, hot food, french toast, pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, canned fruit, yogurt, cereal bar, coffee, tea, juices, they had everything. The BACON was amazing. My only tip to you is leave ample time between breakfast and your hike so you can evacuate your bowels leisurely.
