I took my car in for an oil change and two new tires. Price was reasonable, service was quick and friendly. However, I was really surprised that my brakes still worked after leaving. It’s a Sears AutoCenter, not Fat Tony’s chop shop. Place is fine. Giving it an extra star to average out the other bogus negative review. Place is 3*.

I took in my car for an oil change, and got it back with no brakes. This was discovered as I tried to leave the parking lot and the brakes did not work.
First they said it was like this when they drove it into the shop from the parking lot. Then they said it probably happened on the lift, but that it wasn’t their fault. Either way, I took in a car with brakes working great, and got back a car with none.
I’ve taken cars in the past to many oil change and auto repair shops, and never had such an unpleasant experience.
There are many places to get an oil change or repair in the Cincinnati area: think twice before coming here.
