From the purchased awards (you can buy online the awards they have displayed on their counter, I get an email each year for a company I closed each year notifying me I won again and can purchase those awards from $ 60-​$ 150) on their countertop, to the cold, smug service from the woman at the counter, I simply will drive the extra miles to Lowes, Home Depot and Walmart to get my pool supplies. Their prices are significantly higher as well, though I understand no small business can compete with the big box stores, but the attitude and specialized service is where they could have won me over. It’s as simple as that. I haven’t had any of their service calls, so my review does not reflect that at all. They may greatly excel in that.
