Amazing customer service and quality repair service. Had stiletto heel tips replaced for only $ 8! Hard to believe. Like another reviewer said, places like this are hard to come by– which is surprising since goods like shoes and bags aren’t made the way they used to be. Definitely give this place a try. Good service and quality– a rarity these days.

John’s is a rarity these days. I took a purse for repair. They exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. Their prices are very reasonable. I knew the repair would cost at least $ 50 and I was blown away when it was only $ 10. And they cleaned my purse.
Head on down and take a look because in 20 years there will be no businesses like this one. In this day of cheap crap that goes in the garbage it is refreshing to know this mom & pop shop is out there to actually repair items to get more use out of them. It’s like finding a unicorn!
