Founded in 1947 by Courtney C. Crouch, Sr., Cypert, Crouch, Clark & Harwell, PLLC, is the oldest firm in Springdale, Arkansas, and one of the oldest firms in Washington County, Arkansas. After a short period of time as a solo practitioner, Courtney Crouch built the firm, which became known as Crouch, Blair, Cypert & Waters, from the ground up. One of the original members of the firm, James D. Cypert, celebrated his 50^th year as an attorney in 2009 and remains associated with the firm.
