Wendy’s

Food was smashed and the puniest hamburger I’ve ever seen when I went thought the drive through. The guy taking the orders sounded like he hated his life and his job and had no customer service whatsoever. Went to the window and he practically threw me my food and walked away, forgetting to give me my drink. I sat there waiting for him to come back and some black girl saw me and went up to him and said «what are they waiting on» instead of walking her lazy butt over and asking what I needed. He then replied «I don’t know» and she said «Well they look like they waiting on something». So he comes over to the window and says «Yeah?» And I say «Um you forgot my drink» and he gives me my drink and walks away again, not giving me a straw. And the process repeats. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN.

So I just joined Unilocal because of this specific Wendy’s location. I am a burger lover. I absolutely love a nice big fat greasy burger with good fries to go with it. Also, I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews for stuff like this. However, this experience with the new pretzel bacon burger absolutely sucked. I was super excited to try this new type of bread to go with an awesome wendy burger, but no, it was terrible. I took 6 minutes to drive home and by the time I opened my box it was soggy. I look inside and there is a puddle of grease at the bottom, which made the whole lower half of my burger pretty muched ruined. there was a horrible look to it as if every ingredient was just thrown on top. I was disgusted and will not be enjoying this fad of pretzel bun because it was ruined. I heard chilis restaurant has them now. maybe they will steer me back to try out the new craze. However I am furious at how shitty my meal was this afternoon at wendys. I am so angry that I am doing this right now. even if no one reads it, I will make sure I did my part to protest the horror that was my pretzel bacon burger.
