Unik Cleaners

This place was the worst! I had read all the reviews here on Unilocal so I decided to give them a try. I brought two pairs of slacks in that I needed cleaned & pressed for an event I had that weekend. Due to my work schedule I asked my wife to pick them up for me. My wife stopped by after work and when she went to pay she was told they only accepted cash under $ 10, so my wife had to leave and find an atm. When she returned with cash the clerk who was at the front had given my two pairs of slacks to another customer (why?). Now I would think an establishment like this would have some sort of system set up to make sure the right garments go to the right people. Guess not! But that’s not where this story ends. After my wife had given me the run down I called the lady who I assumed would take responsibility for my loss to see how we could get the situation rectified. I let her know that both of the slacks were my options 1 & 2 that I had for the event (one wool, one cotton) she told me to go ahead and get another pair of slacks and they would reimburse me for the cost since the mistake was on their part. So I go to Macy’s and find the cheapest pair of wool slacks in the clearance section for about $ 80 (mind you the total cost of my lost slacks was about $ 200) So after the weekend I stop by to meet the lady to be reimbursed, I show her my receipt and she flips on me saying that these pants are too expensive, that she thought that I was getting a regular pair of dockers or some Walmart brand, and that she could only give me $ 30 for my trouble. $ 30??? I just took a loss of $ 280!!! She stated that all her customers were loyal and that whoever took the pants would return them. Well it’s been 4 months still no call, no loyal customers returning my stuff. So I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs! And if whoever has my pants is reading this, who steals pants??! Shame on you and this place!

Always been the best cleaning service out of all the ones I’ve used. I live pretty far from it but this one has always had great service and great prices so it’s worth it. All the other laundry mats have one star ratings and terrible customer service complaints. I’m sticking with Unik Cleaners!

This is the only place I will bring my dry cleaning. Their prices are great. They have always done a great job and they are very quick.

This dry cleaner is really cheap! They are fast, too. I haven’t had any problems with things being lost or damaged, but my clothes don’t look quite as nice as they have from other cleaners. For the price though, it’s a good place.
