Stuart Miller II – State Farm Insurance Agent

I dropped off several policies for a price quote. The office staff was friendly. They took about 45 minutes of my time getting all of my information. They told me how great the insurance was and what great customer service State Farm has incorporated into their business model. They told me they would get back to me that afternoon or the next morning at the latest. 3 weeks later I have heard nothing. Zero… Zip I wrote down all my numbers and email addresses and left my business card. I have since gone with different insurance and finally called Mr. Miller who assured me that never happens at his office. He would have no way of knowing unless someone took the time to let him know. There seems to be just as many State Farm agents as Starbucks coffee houses in Spring. I would definitely drive to a different agent if you are looking for a price quote.
