This place is a family favorite. We go here and always have a good meal with ample options to choose from in their sides buffet. The bread is always nice to have and unlimited. We enjoyed the brisket and ribs when we visit this location. I recommend ordering a 2 meat combo and sharing it with a child. The child’s dish is usually too much food for our children to handle.

Spring Creek meets my general expectations of a well rounded BBQ joint. — Easy to order(by pound, plate of feast) — meat has a great and unique taste(smoky) — home style sides(self-served and no need to hold back) — perfectly balanced BBQ sauce(kept hot as well) — unlimited bread right out of the oven and butter/margarine to go along with it — plenty of spacious seating(no need to force that beer belly into the booths) — desserts that look real delicious(can be paired with Blue Bell ice cream) !! Best part for me are the burnt ends(brisket) — pure gold! I avoided trying spring creek for the first time mainly due to the fact that I was sprung on Rudy’s. But in the end, both BBQ restaurants hold their value and are equally satisfying. Oh yeah, did I mention unlimited bread right out of the oven?!
