Sky Zone North Spring opened in 2014, and offers Open Jump, a SkySlam court, 4 Ultimate Dodgeball* Courts and the Foam Zone. For just about any age*, shape or size*, Sky Zone North Spring is the ultimate 3-​D play experience!

*Safety is priority with Sky Zone; we Enforce Size and Age separation. We are unable to accommodate toddlers (5 years of age or younger and 40 inches or less) Saturdays and Sundays between 11am — 7pm. All participants required to have a valid waiver and purchase skysocks (just $ 2 and yours to keep). Court rules and guests responsibilities are posted at the waiver station and each court. Guests may be relocated to different courts for capacity and safety purposes. Dodgeball sessions may be limited and are size /​age separated.

History

Established in 2004.

Sky Zone is the creation of entrepreneur Rick Platt, who originally intended for the trampoline courts to be used as part of a new sport with professional athletes. In 2004, Platt spent $ 2 million to build a 17,000 square foot trampoline arena in Las Vegas and to hire athletes for the sport, which would have included rotating hoops and mid-​air acrobatics. The sport failed to generate interest, but local skateboarders learned of the facility and wanted to bounce on the court, which prompted Platt to open the facility to the general public at the cost of $ 8 per person. Within six months, the facility had hosted 10,000 visitors, and total revenue for the first year was $ 412,000.

In 2006, Platt’s son Jeff, who was at college near St. Louis, Missouri, opened a similar park there, which became profitable within six weeks of opening. Jeff Platt is currently the CEO of the company that operates the company-​owned parks and arranges franchises for the brand.

Service is very poor for a very expensive birthday party. This is second time that we celebrate our son’s birthday and the support Sky Zone provides to parties/​celebrations is horrible. Drink refills take forever (same as last year) and soda had a weird taste. I asked someone in the reception to take action but their lack of customer service mindset clearly shows… No sense of urgency or whatsoever in resolving the issue. When the manager checked me out and asked how everything went, I shared my disappointment and frustration. All I got back was «okay». Clearly she was just following a script of questions. Already let our son know that next year we will have to celebrate somewhere else!

We have visited this sky zone numerous times now, at varying times of the day and week. Yes, the weekend can get wild, but that is why the rules SZ has are in place. They are to protect their jumpers. So many of these negative reviewers seem to just not like the rules, but they are plainly stated and not hard to follow. Everyone we have encountered has been absolutely great. Even though most of the employees seem like high school kids, every single one of them has been very polite and courteous. I appreciate their efforts to keep my children safe and I will definitely recommend this location. It’s always clean, people are nice and we have a great time. My children range from 1.5 to 12, and everyone has a great time.
Edited to address the cost. It *is* expensive and it would be great if there were less expensive jump times, but all things kid activity are pricey and sometimes you get what you pay for. We don’t get to go a lot, but once or twice a month is very manageable.

I visited this facility with family a couple of weekends ago. The experience was so bad, we ended up leaving early.
The entire experience was completely unorganized and over restricted. We were told to sit and watch a rules film. From there, we had to wait until our time to go jump, but before we could enter the actual trampolines, an employee made us listen to his spiel covering the exact same thing we just watched repeatedly. eh no biggie.
Then once he was done, he told us our 2 youngest children were not allowed to jump in that area and they had to go to a different one. Could of mentioned that in your video, or anywhere.
The entire time we were there, I felt like I was in a concentration camp being watched by every employee working and ready to scold. The one thing I asked before paying for myself was to play dodge ball. I was assured I could, only to find out I needed to find at least 3 other people my size in order to do so. Horsesh*t!
I spent a little time dunking on the goals — That was pretty sweet, and then followed my children into the overprotected foam pit. They literally let 1 person go at a time and make you wait for them to get out before others can go. This would make since if they had 1 trampoline to go off of, but they have 4!
Quickly getting bored with that, I took my youngest back to the jump zone designated for young kids, only to get kicked out immediately due to a «private party» now taking over. At this point, I’m extremely annoyed, but my youngest wanted to jump.
After walking to the other side of the facility asking employees where the «new» jump zone was for young kids, we made it.
My 3 year old was the only one running around in it and jumping. I asked the «guard» who was standing there if I was able to be in the area with my child and he said «of course». Literally, 30 seconds later this Hitler guy with glasses and his clipboard tells the guard I’m not allowed in there with my child.
That was enough for me. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

I really do not like this place. My children enjoy going, but every time we go, I am told I can not play with my children in the dodgeball because I am too old. I understand rules, but my children are too young to play with the older kids in the older dodgeball. This has happened to us on our last three visits to this place. I pay for an hour of play time with my children here and the clock doesn’t stop for us when they separate our party. I proceed to take them to the free jump area and my kids get whistles blown at them for anything and everything. No leaning on the walls. No sitting down anywhere, no running, no standing on the color strips between the trampolines, no chasing, no double jumping! WTH! Needless to say after going at least 10 – 15 times to this place, I am fed up and refuse to go back. I drop a lot of money to come here and I am sick and tired of their lack of concern for my family. I have complained before and none of the managers seem to care at all. There are no refunds, no credits for time. Yet they tell me every time we go that we can not do stuff unless we separate. I don’t come here to play with other people kids. I hope this place finds a solution for problems like this. DISAPPOINTED!

I knew this place was expensive but hot damn– $ 67 for 4 kids ages 2,4 and then the two 11 year olds for ONE HOUR there??? REALLY? Are these trampolines woven with gold?
This place is clearly run by republicans lol.
Seriously, sure, it’s fun for the kids, but this place is NOT all that. There is a lack of immagination there as everything is navy blue and orange and looks like a tribute to the Detroit Tigers Stadium. Prices are crazy high as I mentioned. Even my 2 year old was $ 15 for the hour.
They make you wear THEIR socks which are nice and only $ 2, but it’s just another way for this greedy place to squeeze more $ out of you. Socks are freaking socks!
Honestly, I could drive all the way out to Katy Mills mall and take the 4 kids to Jump Street for under $ 30 to jump for 2 hours on their trampoline play ground and it’s much more fun, colorful and there’s so much more to do there too and they give you a bottle of water with admission too! I’d still save $ driving the hour out there compared to driving down the street to go to Sky Zone.
Another issue I had was being told «sorry’ after my 4 yr old sprained his foot 3 minutes into jumping there after I asked for a refund. Greedy asses won’t even refund you if you are injured on their equipment 3 minutes into your time beginning.
I would say this place is not really family friendly unless you’re either so rich you can wipe your a$$ with $ 20’s and not blink an eye or only have 1 kid– two max.

Great place for the family. The kids jumped and wore themselves out. Nice staff and the facilities are very clean. They offer food and drinks as well. We won’t hesitate to come back every chance we get.

Took 5 children to Sky Zone and they got bored with jumping. There needs to be more things to do. I paid $ 14 per person for one hour of jumping. I can take them to an indoor movie with popcorn and a drink and more than an hour of entertainment for that price or less, per child.

My kids love this place. We frequent it often. Overall, they do a good job of keeping the time rotation organized so its not unbearably crowded or dangerous but I would highly recommend the managers visit the different stations to see how attentive their employees are being. The main trampoline area seems to be this biggest danger as several older kids like to tumble and do flips while the younger kids never see them coming. I’ve seen a few nasty accidents. I don’t like that they do not allow kids under 5 to jump on the weekends. My friend and I were told that but didn’t remember seeing anything on their website regarding that rule.

It was our first time visiting. Our family went and tried with an hour pass only to be mislead around the facility for the majority of the time. From purchasing the tickets, we were told to go to the top floors and meet an employee that would explain the rules and such, but there was no one there. The courts were stuffed with kids younger then 10 and were just everywhere (all over the place). The 2 courts they had open, one for dodgeball and one free area had one employee watching on each court. And in the middle of the facility standing in a circle chatting are the rest of the employees. They had closed off the other 4 empty courts saying that there were no employees able to watch the courts.
The staff had no sense of urgency (remember a place that cost by the hour) and only 2 of the whole bunch seemed decent and were actually polite. The rest of the staffs, as others like the other reviews suggest, seems like snobby high schoolers whom honestly don’t give a rats ass about customer service and looks as if they are far too superior to work at such a place. When we asked the disoriented staff a question, response is, «I dunno man, I just work here» and proceeds to walks away.
So overall the place has great potential to be a fun and awesome place for everyone, however the management of staff and organization is too relaxed and sloppy.

Great birthday party event experience!
We had my six-​year-​old daughter’s birthday party here on May 30, 2015. The base cost was $ 349 for 15 kids with a private jump area that had more than enough space. Our host Megan did a great job. The most important thing is that you show up on time for the jump time (1st hour) which is every child’s favorite part. I highly recommend listing the party starting on the invitations as 30 minutes prior to the jump time. For example our party was officially from 1 PM to 2:40 PM, but we listed the party time on the invitation as 1230 to 230. Party room was from 2 – 240. Don’t bring lots of stuff because you only have one cart to set presents and party favors on. You don’t get access to your party room until after the 1 hour jump time. So don’t invest in expensive decorations, no time to put them out. They do not allow ice cream, just cake, cupcakes, or cookie cakes. Because we brought our own cupcakes, we received an additional pizza free. Cupcakes were super easy, no cutting necessary. You can do balloons, but they require the weight to hold the balloons down so be sure to order that from party city with your original balloon order. When you arrive they have a cart ready with your child’s name on it. We arrived about 40 minutes prior to jump time. It was perfect for us because we were able to get the cupcakes and balloons taken to the back and we were ready to greet parents and kids and help with sky zone socks and waivers. You will pay an additional $ 2 per kid for socks or you can bring their used sky zone socks back for them to reuse. I ordered a supreme pizza for the adults. I had 13 kids show and the 5 pizzas was more than enough. Our total cost was $ 449.00 including a $ 50 tip when we were done. There are lines at the foam pits that can take some time. The kids that are in gymnastics And tumbling can show off their flips into the foam pit. You are not allowed to use main court or main dodgeball room. We didn’t want to anyway. I hope this helps!

Overpriced and not fun! I had high expectations for this place, which were not even close to being meet. I have a family of 4 with a 1yo and 3yo. It was the same price for babies, even though they can’t do half of the things. There was suppose to be a toddler area which there wasn’t. They tried to separate adults from toddlers with 4 stupid orange cones. Since when does a 1 yo know to stay within the Orange cones. Then my boys decided to go to the foam pit. Which was even more ridiculous. They jumped in and after 3 seconds the young underage ignorant employee was yelling at my 1yo to get out. This was my worst experience ever! I will NEVER RETURN and I really hope they go out of business. If you can even call it that.

It’s okay. It’s definitely fun to go and jump around like a kid again, but there’s 90% little kids there and it’s difficult to do much with so many little ones. You feel uncomfortable playing dodgeball with kids younger than 5 and I get it, it’s a kid place but there should be an area bigger for paying adults.
Also the staff is all high school kids who look like they hate their lives. You should at least look a little happy to work at a kids place. Also they work as fast as molasses and they have that teenage «I’m better than you» face. One even laughed at a girl because she couldn’t get out of the foam pit. Not cool, bro.
OH and if you need glasses to see be prepared to be forced wear science goggles that will give you a headache. Just FYI…

It was fun but for $ 500, I expected more. No decorations included. Only an hour to jump and 40 min in the party room. What I didn’t know is that we can’t go in the room till our jumping time is over, I thought we can at least take the babies and wait like the other sky zones we been to. We weren’t allow to sit at the corner of the trampoline to rest so I can at least see the kids. I love the fact that we get our own trampoline to our self’s. Our host Zoe was fantastic! Our rugrats were all over the place and she handle it like a pro lol. Also, once you finish eating, you can’t go jump again. We broke a few rules so the big kids can enjoy it, like jumping from one square to another lol. So $ 500 for an hour and 40 min is not really worth it.

Expensive, mismanaged and understaffed. It was chaos from the get-​go. There isn’t a designated area for toddlers, so they thought they’d remedy this by blocking off 4 squares in the corner of the regular court for the little ones using orange cones… as if this was going to somehow keep a toddler contained. I wasn’t allowed to go onto the court to catch my little guy, so the staff kept blowing whistles & yelling at him to go back inside the cones who are you kidding? If it were that easy, I wouldn’t drag them to a trampoline park to burn energy! The big kids didn’t enjoy themselves either, they were expected to stay within one square and just jump up & down I guess.

I took 5 kids. Three 10 year old boys and two 12 year old girls. We had a blast! The staff was very courteous and plentiful. I could not be in 5 different places at once but I felt very comfortable that my kids were being well supervised. In the free jump area, the staff had an area for little jumpers, under 40 inches, coned off. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the business was kept.
The park had suitable activities for kids of all athletic abilities. We cannot wait to go again.

My kids enjoyed it. You will have to buy their socks, as they are padded on the bottom to prevent slipping. It is very clean and staff were nice, but most are high school or early college aged kids. We went during a non-​busy time (Thursday around 4:00pm). Have a good flight.
