Service First Automotive Repair

Got my oil changed here, most places charge about $ 70 for a full synthetic oil change not service first they only charged me $ 39 for it. That was awesome. Plus they are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Thanks service first!

I have been coming here for years, even though I’ve moved twice. I still drive out of my way to come here. They will never try to convince you to do unnecessary work and they are always straightforward with you.
I just came in today because of a loud sound in my door’s auto-​lock function. They spent over an hour pulling off the cover and they didn’t have the part and they had to order it. I should have paid for the labor but they said don’t worry about it. This just reinforces my opinion of this business.
If you’ve been treated wrong at another place, I encourage you to stop in and just see why this business is called «Service First» !!! (I have posted this exact review on Google and YP)

This place is doing it right! 100% of the time. I have been going her for two years now and every single time it’s the same treatment and same customer service if not better. When u first walk into their lobby, you are greeted with a smile, they are welcoming and friendly and they treat you as if you are guest that came into their homes. Reminds me a lot like Nordstrom but better! I usually get an oil change every 3 months, which usually takes about 20 – 30 mins, im not ever there that long. There is a kids play area inside, iPads to keep u occupied, charge ports for your iPhones, of course a TV, and really comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. After every service you get a small survey to fill out and a free car wash card to get your car washed next door.

By far the best customer service around! I’ve driven all the way across Houston to have my car serviced here. I liked it so much I sent my dad, sister, mother in law, and friends there and they haven’t stopped going there either!

I just moved to the area about 2 months ago. It was time for my oil change. I am sure everyone knows how hard it is to find a good repair shop, but this one is great. I was so nervous about a new shop. They took care of my in about 30min, but then took the time to talk to me for another 15min about my fuel economy. I was so impressed, and I will now go here for all my repair needs. When I told them the shop I used before they didn’t try to bad mouth them, but only said they were glad I came there.

I am very dissatisfied with this center. I was charged appx. $ 1200. for a repair (part and labor) that was warranted. FALSE. The part was a refurbished part. The part did not fix the problem and the car is not running. To resolve the money loss, I insisted the part be removed and I would pay the labor charges. The owner refuses to back his work. I am out the money with a car not working. BEWARE!!!

It’s great to have a car service center that you can trust. We have just moved, so we went to them to get our license plates fixed. We also needed to replace some parts in the car. While they did make a mistake in estimation and ordered the wrong parts the first time around, they were quick to accept and inform me. They refunded the extra money they had charged, reminded me of my appointment, and did a quick job when I went in. Everyone was very attentive and I saw the service staff come and explain things to customers in great detail. They also have a little play area for kids. I will definitely be going here every time my car needs help.

This is my first time experience and all I have to say is. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staffs were so helpful and professional. Price is reasonable. The wait time is on point/​waiting area is clean. Comfy seats! Oh, and free coffee etc. I will definitely be back for an oil change.
Also, FREE CARWASH with any service! I love it!

Highly recommended! I went here today prepared for someone to try to screw me out of money somehow bc I am a woman, surprisingly it didn’t happen. The employees here were very friendly & helpful, but more importantly the cost for services was super cheap. My husband & I will be going here for now on.

I’ve only been here once for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but I was very impressed with their professionalism. Every employee was courteous, the mechanic came and explained what he’d done, recommended an air filter replacement (but assured me I could wait until the next oil change), and about how long they’d take to wrap up everything.
It took a lot longer than expected for the work, BUT it was December 30, so with the holiday rush and inspections, they were quite busy.
That being said, what prompted me to write this review is that I just received a call from an employee asking me about my experience, as a first time customer. I’ve never had an auto body shop do that before. That’s the mark of a place that is truly customer oriented. I’ll be back!

As usual the staff at Service First makes it happen. The team is helpful, loyal to their regular customers and informative.

I must say I truly loved the experience here! Actually, I’m still in shock. Everything was so clean, the customer service was stupendous, and who wouldn’t love the fact that they have iPads available for customers? For the kiddos, there’s an actual indoor playground as well. Furthermore, I brought my car in to get new batteries (mines requires two), front end work and an alignment. The price they gave me was a great deal also. My husband even came in the following week to have his car serviced. They showed such great care and concern, and they truly value your time and convenience. They picked up and dropped my husband off while they worked on his car. Beats going to the dealership by far!
Overall, I’m so glad we found this place thanks to you Unilocalers! This is our new go — to spot for all of our car needs. Oh, and they even offer free car washes.

My mom needed her maintenance service done. I went to the dealership they wanted $ 600+. Looked around on Unilocal and this place had gotten great reviews. I brought in the car and the staff was super helpful. The mechanic walked me to the office to check in. The lobby was really big & clean. They offered me water or coffee. I talked to the guy explained my situation and he told me he can do it for less than a hundred. And I can come pick up the car afternoon. I like that they were direct and honest. I didn’t get a car wash like other Unilocalers reviewed. But I’m glad I didn’t have to pay the dealership price.

This place is wonderful! When I first moved here 3 years ago I looked desperately for a place I could trust to take care of oil changes and inspections but ended up getting screwed over by a few local places until I found Service First.
Let me start off by saying these are some of the friendliest people, inside staff and mechanics.
The waiting room is very open with free coffee, iPads, comfy chairs, and a flat screen tv. However, you don’t really have time to enjoy all of it because it only takes them 10 minutes to change your oil.
If they ever find a problem with your car the mechanics will always explain what your options are and what you can do. They are not the type of people to bully you into spending hundreds of dollars on the spot.
This place has everything you need that you will never need to go anywhere else!

I bring all of my cars here for service and maintenance.
The facility is clean and comfortable. The mechanics are friendly, quick, and very good at their jobs.
It it’s really refreshing to be able to trust that the work being done on my car is done right and at a reasonable rate.

This was my first experience with Service. I’m new to the area and needed an oil change and a couple of other minor items checked out. I searched Unilocal and with the rave reviews, I had to check them out for myself.
I was surprised by their really large, clean lobby. They had a large cappuccino machine and a few ipads for customers to enjoy while they wait. Initially one of the managers, Will, helped me; greeting me very shortly after I walked in the door.
My mechanic, Brandon, came inside and showed me my filter, compared it to other sample filters to let me make an informed decision on whether or not I wanted that service. He also explained the wear on my brake pads and let me know that I didn’t have to have them replaced now, but that it should be done in the next couple of months before they wear to the point of damaging my rotors.
They also offer a free car wash with every oil change (which I definitely needed). They only did the services that I requested and didn’t pressure me to do any work that I didn’t absolutely have to have. They also gave me a quote for the future services that we discussed so that I was prepared for my next visit. Everyone was so friendly and I didn’t leave feeling like I’d been taken advantage of which has happened to me as an uninformed car owner. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely Wonderful people. Family operated. Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at an auto place. Knowledgeable. Immaculate. Free Starbucks coffee, wifi, jungle gym, ball pit, tablets for use, and nice leather arm chairs for reading. I forget that I’m at an auto place and I have peaceful and priceless reading and coffee time.
Support this business! At least get your inspection sticker here.

These guys are awesome. Warm and friendly service center, with honest service and fair pricing. Had to wait 10 — 15 minutes longer than expected, so they discounted the service 15%. The check in process is always quick and easy and everyone’s extremely warm and always smiling.
Great amenities (including play center for the kids, free coffee and bottles of water.
