Roy has over 15 years of industry and construction experience. But mostly Roy has an innate ability in himself to pursue perfection in workmanship in every craft and in every job he has ever performed. He knows perfection, and he demands every job to end this way by paying special attention to every detail that may not be evident to anyone else.
