Use at own risk. They state they will never present non qualified offers or waste your time. This is not true. My experience is they will present offers where financing isn’t even started. They will try and force you to take low offers and will become advocate for opposite side.

My husband and I moved from San Francisco to Houston in April and wanted to purchase a home. I searched online for local realtor (
). I wanted to work with a large agency versus a single agent because I knew they would have more resources available for us (i.e. someone would always be able to answer my questions if my agent wasn’t immediately available).
I called Ronnie and Cathy’s office because I was impressed with their website and I remembered seeing a bilboard advertisement with their photo (they are wearing matching Texas flag shirts… it’s kinda cheesy but it made me remember their names). The receptionist took my information and said she was going to assign me to work with a buyers agent Marla Coles.
Let me tell you, I love Marla like a sister. She does her job very, very well and has all the attributes I appreciate in a good RE agent: patient, attentive, observant, supportive, personable, friendly, prepared… need I go on? She really knows her stuff.
We closed on our house this past Tuesday and the process was seamless. In addition to working with Marla, Lisa Roff helped us to prepare everything we needed for the closing. They made sure we were prepared and even helped to put us in contact with various service people and contractors for repairs, moving and cleaning. What a great experience!
